"Speaking of chocolate..." Malik started, although Kira hadn't really said anything about chocolate. Malik paused, trying to remember what he was going to say next, and then shrugged with a small laugh. "I forget."

"I like steak." Marik said, a little out of the blue. His eyes narrowed. "But you don't see me crying any time somebody else eats it, do you?" Yes, comparing steak to a person wasn't the same, and it didn't really get his point across.

Malik laughed lightly and kissed the tip of Kira's nose. "Glad that you understand." He said, although he didn't really understand himself some of the time.

Kira chuckled and nuzzled close to him.
Kat sighed softly.Her master could be so random at times "A steak and a person is not the same." she said trying to pull ryou away. "If your still bored play with me....just dont hurt him.."

Marik sighed impatiently, shifting slightly so that he was sitting a little heavier on Ryou. "You and Ryou aren't the same things, either. It wouldn't be the same playing with you instead of him. Besides, I want to kill something today. Not just some random person. You're more useful than him. Therefore, I kill him."

Marik blinked at Kat, growling as she came too close. "Are you deaf? I said not some random person." He glanced down as Ryou's eyes slowly opened, and smiled. "Oh, finally." He said cheerfully. "I was beginning to wonder if my job was already finished." He clamped a hand over Ryou's mouth as the boy started to speak. "Now, now, no talking. You've got two choices; die or die painfully. Bother me too much and it'll have to be the second."

Having no other choice kat shakly got to her feet.Swinging her fist back she punched right in the face making him go flying back.Unlucky for marik she was strong.She quickly grabed ryou and ran to the room locking the door behind her.

Marik howled with pain at first, this attack coming out of nowhere. He screamed curses at the top of his lungs at Kat as he flung himself at the door she had vanished behind. It sounded as though he was trying to claw it open.
Ryou, still lightheaded from blood loss and waking up just a little bit ago, held a hand to his head. "What's going on?" He asked softly, trying to remember the last thing that happened.

Kat was breathing deeply her eyes widelike a deer that was cought in headlights "I Cannot belive I just hit him!Im dead!!" she said.

Ryou considered hugging Kat to comfort her, but noticed that he was rather bloody. He sat down on the bed instead, trying to clear his mind. "You.. hit Marik?" He asked, then bit his bottom lip as he heard Marik's loud, rather graphic threats he shouted through the door. This was bad. He seriously didn't know what to do.

Ryou rose to his feet, biting his bottom lip, and embraced Kat. He really wasn't sure of what to day; it'll be okay? They both knew that that probably wasn't true. They had seen Marik's temper many times. Atem was deep in thought, sitting in his chair near the hospital bed, looking almost as he did when Ember was in a coma, even though she was awake now. There had been something in Bakura's eyes that upset Atem. Made him uneasy. He tried to figure out what it was. Sighing, Atem put his coffee down on the small table in the room and got to his feet. "I have to go fix something." He said, realizing what it was. He had an angry glint in his eyes. "Be back in a little bit."
