I'm looking for a book. Not the kind you're likely to find laying around Barnes and Noble either, but I figured it was worth taking a look anyways. 'Necronomicon Ex Mortis.' Bound in human flesh, inked in blood, full of bizarre Summarian burial rights and demon resurrection passages, not meant for the world of the living and, I'll tell ya, it really doesn't like me. Seen it?

Listen up, blockhead, and listen good - the Necronomicon took everything from me. My friends, my girl, my hand, my job, my entire god damned life. And every time we've tangoed, I've come out on top. Why? If you asked spinach-beard, or someone who believes in all that crap, they'd tell you it's because I'm the "Chosen One." But I'm not someone who believes in all that crap. Ashley J. Williams makes his own destiny, not some fancy-pants words written in a book made outta some 1000 year old mook's a** cheeks. I beat the Necronomicon because I eat evil for breakfast and danger for dinner. So there's no way in hell that anything's keeping me from that book, especially not some spandex-clad bozo. You got that?

But . . . Ash is the chosen one. If he doesn't get the Necronomicon, who DOES get it?
Come to think of it, why would we even HAVE the Necronomicon? Anyways. As long as he only GETS the book and doesn't try to READ the book, it should be safe, because Ash is usually just delivering said book from evikl guys to crazy old wizards trying to stop evil guys.

Ahh, well. I really don't care. Like I said, we ain't got the Necronomicon HERE. We're not licensed to carry magical tomes. Unless Powell made that one of the things he changed, too eek
