 Midnight A dark figure could be seen bounding from rooftop to rooftop in the city. It stopped when it got near Avalanche, sitting on a large building and looking over the castle stucture. It seemed foreign to Midnight, so he thought he'd check it out. Who knows, with any luck there could be fish there. Letting out a soft purr, Midnight jumped down and strolled towards the building. When he got there, he was met with his old enemy, wooden door. Since it had no hands, all it could do was scratch on the door like a long lost pet.

YAZOO Yazoo gave a slight tilt of his head that one could assume was a nodding gesture, indicating he understood. He didn’t mind walking. Sure, having a bike—cars were much too closed in and it was almost impossible to carry on a battle inside of a metal box—made things faster, but sometimes it was simply better to take things slow. Now being a perfect example. The walk would give him time to collect his thoughts. Being so close to seeing Kadaj, he was actually beginning to worry a little bit. Had his brother changed, more so than just a simple side-swap? Would he be a completely different person? What if he felt he didn’t need Yazoo and Loz anymore? Shaking his head to vanquish the thoughts, the snake-eyed remnant followed Shikyo out the door and across the foot bridge leading back to the path he’d used to make it here. Surely he was just slightly nervous to see what kind of a person Kadaj had become. Maybe he was happier now that he had a chance to have parents. It didn’t matter that he was the leader or that he was able to act much older than he was, Yazoo knew that deep down, Kadaj was still a child whether he knew it or not. But wasn’t he the same, too? He wasn’t that much older than the younger remnant, physically they were only about a year or two apart, so maybe these thoughts weren’t really about his brother at all, but himself.
In any case….no, it didn’t really matter what he thought. Even if it had to be from a distance, he’d protect his younger sibling like he should have been able to back then. This time, he’d make sure that the younger male stayed out of harm’s way.
Blinking, he realized he’d zoned out into his thoughts and was mechanically following Shikyo now. A slight frown tugged at his lips. He really needed to stop thinking so much sometimes, it interfered with keeping his sense strained and alert for any danger that could be lurking around the corner. He would have to learn how to focus more on the outside world now that it wasn’t his enemy.

  "Momma-okaa-chan~" Hikaru sang as she bounced into the living room where Rosa and Kade were, sort of half-sleeping as they were talking. Rosalia blinked as she looked at the teen that was her daughter, knowing that she was about to ask something. "Yes?" she said, though she definitely took notice of a strange creature on Hikaru's shoulder as the purple creature mewled at her. She had a feeling that she should know what it was. "Can we go on that cruise ship thingie? It sounds like fun!" Rosa blinked and kept glancing between Hikaru and the creature. "I... suppose so. Hikaru, what is that little creature?" she asked. "Oh, this is Paku! Isn't he so cute?" Hikaru answered without really answering the question. Rosa merely sighed softly and nodded, seeing as Paku was clinging onto Hikaru like she was his mother rather than trying to get at her throat. As Hikaru skipped off happily, Rosa shook her head some. "Only Hikaru can somehow manage to find a baby Behemoth and names it 'Paku'..."

Midnight Finding that noone opened the door to the cat, Midnight had to take the alternative. All of a sudden, Midnight's eyes would glow a blue color. Moments later, the door would swing open, allowing the cat to stroll in. The door closed behind Midnight forcefully just as his eyes returned to normal. Sniffing the air, Midnight could smell fish nearby. The problem was finding it. Strolling around the building, Midnight found that this place was filled with many humans. Each one was just a giver merchant waiting to happen. Giving its cutest mew and look, Midnight tried to get each person he saw to give him fish. People would stop to "aww" at him, but nobody really gave him fish. Finally, Midnight decided to keep sniffing out for the fish. Normally, fish would be found in the water. Likewise, Midnight headed for the back of the building to see if there was a pond or anything.

Kiyoshi arrived at Avalanche Mansion, he crossed the foot bridge. He reached the end of the footbridge now standing under a Archway. His eyes looked up seeing that this place was very large. "wow they spared no expense in this place." he thought. hes eyes looked forward and he then continued forward passing the archway now standing in the bailey. He walked out to the center of the bailey slowly. He stood still there and turned around slowly taking in the layout of this Mansion. It was true this place was more like castle. He knew of Avalanche and there reputation and heroic deeds however he never meet any of the members. He stood there quietly knowing that someone would be there to greet him soon for sure.

Kiyoshi had waited awhile for someone to greet him. He thought it rude to just walk around the place uninvited. However he had waited long enough and realized no one had noticed him he would have to take the initiative and get someones attention even if it meant wondering around. Even though he did not like the idea it was only necessary, its even possible none was here at the mansion. His eyes glanced around the place one more time and then he started to make his way further into the Mansion.

Midnight When Midnight finally got to the Courtyard, he found that the only food out here was some green grass and a few leaves. "I can't eat this crap," Midnight spat in his natural cat language. "I need fish or I'll die." Midnight dramatically fell to the ground with that thought in mind, his stomach rumbling loudly. Was noone to help a cat in need? It looked as if Midnight would have to beg for the rest of his life. However, he'd asked everyone in the building, so who was left to beg to. Midnight soon would get his answer. His ears would p***k into the air as he heard someone calling from inside. "Fish Merchant," the cat meowed, padding inside. "Hey can I get some fish!" Though Midnight said that, all the newcomer would hear was "meow meow meow."

Looking down Kiyoshi saw a cat who seemed to be wanting something, probably food he though. Reaching to a sack on the side of his waist he untied it and reached in the sack and pulled out a few pieces of jerky. He normally carried this as traveling food. Kneeling down he offer the jerky to the cat.
"Here you go."
Kiyoshis eyes glanced around looking to find if there was anyone around, the place seemed empty. He looked back to the cat and sighed. He wondered if this cat knew anything about people being around this place but doubted a kitty could tell him. However Kiyoshi felt this was his only recourse at the moment.
"So tell me kitty, do you know of anyone around here who I can talk about Joining Avalanche? I was directed here by a barkeep named Tifa. Perhaps you can point me in the right direction?"

Midnight The small cat looked at the jerky being offered skeptically. Finally, he just sighed and decided to take the food. "It's not fish," Midnight meowed, "but it'll have to do. After all, beggars can't be choosers." All of a sudden, Midnight's eyes would glow a light blue color. Moments later, the jerky would float from Kiyoshi's hand and into Midnight's mouth. "Thank you kind sir," Midnight said through telepathy in a language that Kiyoshi could understand. "I'm grateful to you for ending my hunger, but I unfortunately know nothing of joining this place. Also, who is this Tifa person? She a friend of Sephiroth?" Midnight half-expected Kiyoshi to freak-out, having met a cat who could use Telekinesis and speak in the human tounge (or more like think in human language).

Kiyoshi Chuckled to him self slightly as he realized this cat was a bit more advanced then your average cat. this was no surprised even he himself would be far more advanced then the average human, even if it was through genetic manipulation. He smiled lightly to the cat, and listened to him speak but was surprised to hear Sephiroth's name but all he knew of Sephiroth was that fact he was one of the greatest of Soldier and was known to go on missions with Zack who happen to be the one who inspired me to be as member of SOLDIER.
"Your welcome, Tifa was the beautiful woman I meet at the 7th Heaven bar. As for being friends with Sephiroth? I doubt it, I was a member of SOLDIER and I know he went bad and a infantrymen whom was inspiring to be SOLDIER; I think his name was Cloud, managed to defeated Sephiroth. So far as I know Sephiroth is dead. .....However I think I might be crazy cause I'm hearing the names of those who should be dead and people who speak of them as if they are alive. Perhaps the Mako has gone to my head."

Midnight Swallowing the rest of the jerky, Midnight was surprised to find Kiyoshi hadn't panicked or anything. In fact, he seemed to be laughing now, which was strange. "Guess this must not be his first time meeting a genetically enhanced animal," Midnight thought to himself. Using his tail like and arm, Midnight would stab his sword into the ground so he could now concentrate on his ritual grooming. Licking his paw, Midnight would listen carefully to what Kiyoshi said. "You didn't hear?" Midnight asked telepathically as he brought his paw over his ear. "Apparently the dead were brought back to life a while back. People like Sephiroth are alive and well. I've even heard a rumor that he's good now." Licking his paw again, Midnight would discretely glance at Kiyoshi's sword. Was he a kenjutsu master as well?

 FIRIONThis is the wild rose.... ...There is no meaning in strength only used to hurt others... A young man had heard the man and cats conversation and sighed abit as he walked out to see them, he had been asleep most of the time the cat had been there so he didnt hear any of its pawing to get in, he opened the door and looked at the man then looked down to see the cat, nothing was strange to him anymore since he came to this world, the young man of many weapons looked at the man again and then spoke "Sephiroth is most assurly alive and a ally to Avalanche, I am Firion a member of avalanche, I fought along side Cloud and Tifa in a great war between gods." Firion then bent over and offered the cat a medium sized fish he had grabbed from the kitchen then returned his gaze to the man, the young weapons master had on his person a sword on his hip and a axe on the other hip, a whip wrapped around his waist and a mace on his lower back, and a spear and bow on his upper back, the bow was looped around his left arm, and on each of his legs were a set of daggers this young man was armed to the teeth with weapons but it would be a wonder he could use them all, but he could, he had a sorta telequetic ability to control them "The planet it self is bring back the dead for reasons unknown and bringing people like me here from other worlds" ...I have dreams...Dreams worth dying for!
