Hell yes. I kinda didn't realize it was a sequel though, and never played the first one. But.. it's still good. I'm assuming you haven't since you're asking about it, so.. if you haven't played the first game, you can either do that or read the summarization thingy in the game manual. It's pretty good at giving the backstory, so.

I usually hate games with all the confusing attacks and powers and whatever, but this one still worked out. It doesn't have QUITE as much stuff as most games like it, but the power-ups are drugs, which I haven't seen before.

And um.. it's really hard to figure out without help. For me, anyway. If you need it look for the one by Nojo Jojo.
That's about it I think.

EDIT: Oh! And a lot of the characters are cool-lookin'. Mostly Parano and Rion. But some'a the rest of 'em too.
