[+Miwako+] Hm I have a question about the new Time restrictions. What if your oppenent hasn't seen the new rule but it has been more then three days? o.o Hrm.... I dunno. Do what you feel is right. After all, it's your fight. But, truthfully, ignorance is no excuse. I'd give him one more day, myself.

Well, I wasn't thinking about calling him a loser at this very moment. I was just wondering IF it could be valid. Which, I assume not. <<; But thank you for your imput Shilon.
