The first two I get...but I find the latter of the trio comes best when I'm playing something like...I dunno...an FPS online or something. Much more amusing.

mindlessly slaying lower ranked AI critters and having the same experience that is the quest system doesn't sound like too much a higher experience than having a fragfestival with live human foes...especially given the real time nature of the combat...but meh.
its not an arguement that can be won, so...

Dag here is a wuss and only plays PvE. You want to kill real people? (I do!) Get on a PvP server and kill your heart out. Nothing like fireballing an enemy then spitting on their still flaming corpse as you head off into the sunset....
