Here's his NPC profile.You'd have to change the profile from a genie since that's not an official class. Do you mean that you want him to join the Blackwings or already be a part of them in his backstory?

So join. Reason: needs strong training partners for avenging sifu, yada yada, monastery is not on terms with Shibusen or Machinists atm.
