Actually, with bullet proof glass, thats exactly what it means. Only like 3 bullets in the entire world can go through bullet proof glass.

I really highly doubt you are carrying around a .50 Caliber gun. Those things are huge. And then the only other bullets are the bullets fired from a rail gun (which are very rare and only two are made, both locked in high security bases. youd never get one). And the third one is a top secret weapon beyond the rail gun even that you wouldnt have.

The RP is still based in a present day scenario. By doing this, it keep confusion down to an absolute minimum as to what there is and is not.
