I. I. I... I am just astonished. I almost don't even have words for how strongly I feel about the stupidity of my service manager. That is all.

sikh-91 That's when you start getting yourself into a routine. Maybe there's an issue with you that needs solving? And like Mickey said, it could be to do with your melatonin levels. Throughout the night, what kind of activities do you do? And throughout the day. Maybe your brain is too active, which can reduce your need to sleep. Who will save your soul...
Melatonin? >_>
I watch tv, draw, read books, watch movies, listen to music, talk to friends, text, etc during the night.. During the day? Same s**t. >_> I tend to wake up around 6 now these days so technically I haven't been up during the day. I sleep. But if I wake up around 2-3, then yeah, same thing.

xD I'm tempted, I swear. I'd love a night shift considering it wouldn't be busy and well, it's at night <<

I still feel like crap. Usually I have my electric blanket set to like an 8 or 9, but last night, I had it turned off completely. I forgot to set my alarm, but I ended up waking up around 5:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. I reeeeally don't want to go to school today T_____T

Blehhh...I was so upbeat last night after the whole thing just got pulled off so amazingly and inspiringly, but now I'm like crying again. >.> Stupid conflicting feelings and stuff.
Also, I can't stop thinking about an incident that happened a long time ago in this guild. I had posted a thread asking to be cheered up, and someone posted a really depressing comic, and it upset me so much (the sentiment more so than the comic) that I asked Cleo to delete the thread entirely because I didn't want to remember. But I do...and I think I wish I knew who it was. Because I have all these bad feelings toward someone and I don't even know who. I don't know why it's happening now after not having thought about it in months, but the fact remains that I'm being haunted by this memory...

Melatonin?

...after all those lies you told? Right basically, melatonin is a hormone which contributes to your sleep cycle. An imbalance in this can lead to sleep problems such as insomnia etc. Drugs are given to help this, but that's why you have to go doctors to check that there's nothing wrong with you, which I doubt. There's loads of things to help with sleep, like light therapy etc. /learned this for exam. whee
I think for night time you need to be less active. Try to do something that'll help you relax. Being more active is obviously going to make you not want to feel the need to sleep. Maybe at night you could just sit down, watch a move all snuggled up? xP Try your best to relax, have something to help you fall asleep, like a warm drink to get you into a sleepy mood.

All you people without required swimming, I want you dead. I want you dead so hard. Okay, not true required swimming isn't your fault. Imma go vigorously kill the school board or who ever the hell decides these things. Those people must die. Or at least watch me kill their families while they watch. No screw that, I need to do extensive research on them, then use that to develop extensively personalized torture that makes them wish not that they had never been born, but that everyone around them had never been born. Still not sure weather or not that would be enough though. Sick bastards. Honestly I'd like to see how any of them would do in a high school. No seriously just make them look like a normal student and send them to the school. I'd love to see the results. I give 'em about two three days.

My head feels all heavy, and I can hardly keep it up. Every time I stand, I feel dizzy. I still feel so warm...
Would it be bad if I turned on my ceiling fan tonight? I mean, is there any chance that that could make me sicker?

Not if it's on low or something that doesn't cool you off too much, if it's the cold or swine flu. For those if you have a fever as long as it doesn't get too high it's good for you and it's bad to be cold, and when you have a fever it's very easy to get cold from a fan or something.

Would it be better to just use a sheet instead of a blanket to keep from getting too warm?
/not used to being warm
Usually my problem is the opposite XD
