Iri grins as she stretches her arms, legs, and wings. Once she's feeling less stiff, she looks back at Reeve. "So did you go investigate whoever was screaming earlier? I was a little worried myself, but I've learned that asking questions isn't always a good thing."

Iri's eyes widen perceptively at Reeve's description of the event. "That poor girl. I hope she's alright." Then she shakes her head and says, "As for me, I've been here. I think I dozed off. And when I woke, I heard your flute and felt a feather getting acquainted with my ear. I'm pretty sure it was the feather that woke me up."

Iri blinks, her expression becoming slightly confused. She turns to face Reeve and tilts her head in that curious bird manner. "Wait, why would you be sorry that my feather woke me?"

"Hmm... Yeah, I have noticed that." She gives a wing shrug and leans back against the wall. One wing acts as a cushion while the other comes forward and wraps around her like a blanket. "Then I won't complain about short naps when I could be going without a nap at all."

"Mhm..." Iri closes her eyes and gives a soft sigh. That little nap just made her realize how tired she was. And Reeve's so warm. Makes her want to doze off all over again.
