But I've never used the Hiryu Shoten Ha before and it's a big attack. can't she help me after the hiryu shoten ha after I weaken Osere?

Does the enemy have to be chasing you? I was thinking that Kite acted as a lure for you and you can do your attack.

yes, the enemy has to be following me in attack to make it work. it's despribed in my RPG-CAM.
and relena. go back a page in the cliffside village and read what's happened in your battle.

*sigh*...Hm...let me think of something Ocarina and I'll try to give you an answer tomorrow ok? And your description didn't say anything about the oppontent chasing you so you might want to put that in there.
