Bubba left the woman's body in the wood chip grinder, satisfied with the day's work. Now all that was left was the night's work.
Tiffany was still an enigma. Bubba couldn't figure out how to make it an accident. It wasn't that there weren't plenty of 'accidental' deaths, but it had to be... imaginative. It had to be... just right.
So, Bubba knew not how.
Next on his list was... oh. Kanu had neglected to give him a new list of targets, since the surgery for his eye. Bubba decided to call Kanu, so he did. It was like Chuck Norris: He wanted to, so he did.
Next thing Kanu knew, she was being called with the mobile phone that Kanu's scientific/magical/voodoo lackey had given him. He had actually forgotten the name, at the moment.
So what if he was bad with names?

Colors mix and mingle in a silent chorus of pain...Oh...Kanu yawned and took her phone from the table next to the computer she was working on. "State your qualms or be done," she replied automatically, not moving her eyes from the computer screen as Morto worked on some invention or another beside her. That was her automatic reply to everyone - sure, she knew it was Bubba - but that didn't mean he really got any sort of special treatment. He should consider himself honored that Kanu would even make Morto go through all that trouble to give the massive man an artificial eye. The thing had been ******** expensive, Goddammit. Hm. Either that or she was just in a rather sour mood.

"Still devising an appropriate accidental death for target Tiffany," Bubba murmured. "Unless, you have any suggestions. Either way, I'm out of targets to kill besides her. She's also hiding elsewhere than this apartment, I think. Do you have another list of targets?"

"I'm sending it to your fancy eyeball. Use the night-shift to work on the brat's case. Leave the other heads for the day. Understood?"

Trist sighed as he took the drug, worrying about his cough. Then she began to get more concerned about something else.
The dude wasn't breathing.
"Oh. s**t."
Thanking her (and his) lucky stars that she'd taken CPR, she laid him flat on the ground and pocketed the vial and stopper, then bent over him. Good thing he swallowed it all, she thought. Calling 911 didn't occur to her, since she was a cop, but it was also because she just didn't remember. What a scatter-brain.
She held his nose, then blew some life through his air tubes, feeling his chest rise slightly. One, two, three... God, I knew this would come in handy. Fourteen, fifteen... And again.

Bubba nodded - then realized Kanu wouldn't see that. "-Yes, understood," he replied, shaking his head to himself for being foolish. Drowsiness was only bad if you let it affect you, in any small way at all. Bubba didn't plan on letting himself become distracted again.
"Accidental deaths possible," Bubba began to state. "Fire not wise - she burned her home. Explosion not wise - a club explosion has been blamed on the Mafia. Drowning isn't good. Her friend went for a swim, already. Automobile accident is possible. 'Falling' down the stairs is possible. Falling off a building, is not wise. Concurring a dangerous disease is possible... with help from Morto. Animal attack is possible. I personally think all of these methods are pathetic, but my creativity won't lead me to a brilliant accidental death. That's where I stand at the moment. Finished reporting."
