Rayne Bloodstone This insomnia is causing issues.... I'm tired during the day, wide awake at night.. I can't eat a lot but when I do get hungry, I inhale my food to the point I get sick. Mt. Dew has been upsetting my stomach lately and pizza (unless delivered) is the last thing I want to touch.. Wtf? Move countries, and done. ;D But how about you change food diet? And try to get yourself in a regular pattern, like staying off the pc for a day and relaxing and that may help?

My diet is pretty healthy. I eat fruits when my mom gets them, we mostly eat chicken and steak... o3o Not a lot of junk food and it's not often we have soft drinks, mostly water, tea and kool aid. xp So my diet is fine I think.
I've tried staying off the computer for a while but that doesn't work.

I don't want to like suggest you take something, but there are Melatonin pills. Melatonin is a hormone, I think, that causes sleepiness.
Or exercise to the point you're so tired? Im usually really tired after I do sports and have a bunch of homework left... stare

Who will save your soul...Nah, it's just that I'm not sleeping well or something. I've tried taking sleeping pills *even cut in half* and all they do is make me feel like crap. I'm tired enough as it is, I don't need anything to make me even more tired D= ...after all those lies you told?

I find I fall asleep fastest when I don't wish to. The thoughts of sleeping keep me awake, and it's difficult to do away with them.

I've always had an issue sleeping at night.. But I can stay up the entire night and sleep all day long.. I'm just not meant for the day life is all. ...after all those lies you told?

...after all those lies you told? You could always do this... deprive yourself of sleep for a day and then go bed at the time you want to. Just like jet lag, get back into routine. It'll help. Most studies found it has. If that doesn't work, then I'd suggest remedies or going to doctor.

...after all those lies you told? That's when you start getting yourself into a routine. Maybe there's an issue with you that needs solving? And like Mickey said, it could be to do with your melatonin levels. Throughout the night, what kind of activities do you do? And throughout the day. Maybe your brain is too active, which can reduce your need to sleep.
