War of the worlds? Way back when radios were used in place of television a guy went on the air and said that aliens were attacking some farm in new jersey and that they've invaded earth. Everyone thought it was real, but they obviously didn't hear the beginning of the broadcast where they guy said it was a joke. He got some SERIOUS jail time for it. Anyway, they're turning it into a movie and I'm dying to see it

I love that broadcast. I used to listen to it over and over. I don't like the previews. Tom Cruise, yet again? gonk Not to mention Spielburg seems to be getting too sentimental as he ages.
