Uh...we're not that developed yet ^^' Kamiko and I are still getting things worked out since the Soul Society is gone right now. We should have everything worked out in the next week.

I'm a game designer, I wanna structure the learning system with points that you earn by doing missions and stuff instead of the stupid boring posts thing. Think of it. Why do most guilds that die, well... die? People get bored and stop posting. When you are faced with producing a coherent wall of text to learn something it takes the inherent intuitiveness of RPing out of the process. It becomes a static one person process where people create things that no one else but themselves will ever read. Who wants to do that? It is plain old school grinding. Why not update things so that we have people actively doing things within the RP world, give them quests or missions in order to earn experience and then spend that experience on Kido, and power ranks and what not. Sound design model that has stood the test of time. Not widely implemented on Gaia either.

For each faction there can be a centralized area where the leader of the faction tracks the points for all members. Members must confirm that they have done a mission before a crew member updates the post with their points. Of course, we'd have to have specific crew members assigned to each one in order to keep people from abusing the system. But it is easier to keep track of who has what because they are spending points instead of doing it all on their own. We can even keep track of their total points earned so that we can check it against their profile and see if they've accumulated enough confirmed points to purchase the kido/upgrades or whatever that they have.
The system is also something that we can easily work into the plot for things like time skips or rewards for being involved in a certain part of the plot.

Why are you so smart, J? Its not fair to us not smart people X3 I like it. I think that for the specific crew members thing, it could be whoever is in charge of the different fractions.

Minty - No, I don't think you have to be any certain rank to create another RPC, just create one and put it up for approval.
