OMG you guys read my mind, but I didn't think that you would actually be cool with the idea. Yes, Loki's sword is pretty much a status symbol for him, the Ursak's are quite big on status Heirloom thingies, his wife Peilei has a ornamental pair of Sai's(Sp). She also uses guns though, however she has sniper training, Loki has training with the gatling and close armored combat. Which brings me to what I had originally been thinking. Loki, being one of the highest of the Ursaks, has his own large robot, though I am quite partial to Transformers(I have loved then since I was 2 years old) His will be based somewhat off of Starscream when he used the power of Cybertron Primus to grow to huge stellar size(Though Loki's robot won't be the size of a planet)
I also had another idea, since officially, no actual specific nations or whatnot have been established yet, here was my idea, sofar anyway. The Ursaks are a more burly versatile race anyway, so I figure, they could be a mixture of different labourers(Mainly Fallout Miners) and the Special Forces of a Tyrannical Dictator ruling over a small independant City-state guarded by impregnable walls. And the big robots come in as defenses against Aerial attacks from other places. If you guys are okay with this, I am going to go ahead and Have Loki turn out to be one of the head honchos for the Special Forces, the typical "I work for the bad guy but really just want to see him dead" It will also give me a chance to introduce the next BSN member on my list, and this guy is stricty non magical/spiritual/energy-power like pretty much all the others, he will be nothing but weapons, ranging from guns, rifles, and the like to RPGs, Heavy Artillery, nukes and of course the big robots. And he will have an immunity to the radiation, giving him a nice edge for anythign that may occur in the Blood Sea.(I was actually thinking of letting you take on this villain, Ryu, since you are good with armored-type characters, and you do villains so well!)
I wasn't planning on bringing that into the RP though until Tamriel was finished(Which will kill off Brunhylda and her lackeys, then Guraha will be off restoring his country, and Zhavajango will take his place as coach.
I did want to know if Ryu was planning anything big as far as battles go soon, for Tengu and/or Kyosuke's mother?

And as for Loki's Hecatoncheires Ξ, my idea for the design, isn't going to be too terrily huge, it stands about as tall as a 2-story house when erect, when in Pounce Strike Formation it is a little over half that size. And it can fit up to two people inside, the cockpit is kinda half open, using a special crystal mined from the fallout zones. It uses burst projectiles that explodeafter a set distance, letting it's explosive shrapnel do the work, and also when Standing, it wields a nicely sized staff with a kind of RPG on each end of it. That linked pic of yours doesn't look too different from gundams, transformers, and the like.
As for the whole immunity to Radiation, in theory it is possible, how else would suits and such be made to withstand Radiation? Of course, eventually it either breaks down everything over time anyway, or it dispersed into harmless amounts before that happens. Usually the first option. As for Sir Oberon, not so much is h immune, but, his core is made from a highly concentrated Plutonium Isotope, and his body has been subjected to emperiments involving Radon, an extremely radioactive gas.
But since as you also said, Radiation destroys ATOMS, and soem barriers are made of pure energy(hence the only way we will even be able to have anything go on in the Blood Sea) Unfortunately, one requires to first have the energy to be able to form somethign that can withstand the radioactive energy, and then one has to have enough extra energy to keep the barier up and srong enough to withstand it. But I figured, it would be interesting to have a villain who relied on explosive power and radiation, since radioactive power always comes at a cost, sort of like a Rune of Punishment
The impregnable walls are to keep outside hazards from entering the city, as well as bar peopel from venturing otu into the Fallout Zones without the protections neccessary. And I am coming up with a defenses system for the whole orbital nuclear thing. Oh, I plan on killing off Raphael during all that, he will die from the radiation of the Blood Sea
As for Kyosuke's mother, if every sort of anything thrown her way just heals her, makes her stronger, and/or hurts the opponent, wouldn't she then be a God? Though, when I think about it, I heard that Super 17 from DBGT had similar abilities, and he was beaten. I am just guessing, but from what you described of her, the only way to beat her would be to send an attack her way so powerful it blows her to complete nothing, not even cells or atoms. Otherwise, the only option then would be to find a way to turn her energy absorbing ability on her to use it against her. That is more what I think you intend to do right now.
Though it sounds more like she just needs a date and a nice cup of tea, then make amends with her son lol.
She sounds a lot like Lady Gamaru when she doesn't hold anything back, She is suppose to be as fast as the pillars of Balance, and she can absorb any sort of elemental or energy attack thrown her way, or even literally hit it back to the opponent with her Twin Scythe. Which, her scythe is a big part of her power, as it draws energy and power from everything around, including those fighting her. Think a bit of the skills Ironize and more notably, BladeD from Dragon Warrior Monsters series(Got, I HATED BladeD)
As it stands right now, she could easily kill Xiaedessa if she chose to, probably the only two people who would pose any sort of challenge to her would be Ancient Deity Yog Sototh(An ancient god who is just as powerful as Mehrunes Dagon, but not nearly as smart) Cthulu(Who is currently sealed away) and of course, Kyosuke's mother
Oh, and expect to see some deeper less bitchy sides of Xiaeriene while she is going through her power Manifestation.

Well, for my main avvie, that was no gold wasted, as I bought the tentacle set last year, and I always wear the tail anyway, the rest of it is pretty much stuff I already use on my avvie for the norm, or donates...I just changed their look or such, like with this gift of Goddess, I usually have the robe, but here I have the arms instead. As for this avie, I did buy the cat set, but I already had the top and shorts(I this is suppose to be Cheshire cat meets Daisy Dukes)
It can be fun to do it, though you shoudl pick somethign you really like to use for your halloween theme, and reuse it each year like I did(This year is just cooler, cuz I have the Oni Mask and Bubbles and stuff to add to it, making it not identical to lastyear) But that is just me

She not quite a god. Better explanation:

Say she takes a punch. In martial arts the concept of chi (ki) is that it flows and makes you more powerful when your body and mind are focused. So when she gets punched she absorbs the chi from the opponents body. She still takes the hit. It doesn't work with kinetic energy. Same goes for when she hits them. because the opponent is weakened because of the continual "tapping" on their energy, they receive more damage because they cant guard fast enough anymore. She then has her power attack that throws all of the absorbed energy back at the opponent. Which would be like a biding reflect damage/magicka spell in Oblivion or Morrowind.

When she's hit by an energy attack, the effect is nullified and all the energy is drawn in and contained by her own chi. So if the blast was a stream energy wave, like say Goku's Kamehameha Wave, the blast would come about an inch away from her before it's all absorbed. so this means if someone put a continuous wave with all their energy she would tap them dry. When they are completely defenseless, the built up store is released back at them effectively ending them. Treat her like a mirror. You can punch it and break it, but the energy, in this case, light, is reflected.

As for the Red Zones what I was saying is that the radiation concentration is so high in those zones, that no anti-radiation suit would last long enough to make a five minute trek. Which is completely true. When you get Gamma radiation in pockets, even with the most advanced HAZMAT/Nuke Suit couldn't stop it. After all Gamma radiation is made only in nuclear blasts and larger explosions. A GRB emits enough radiation to end all life on earth in a matter of moments from several million light years away. A Gamma Ray is gamma radiation. If one happened in our galaxy, close to use about 1000 light years, it would literally melt the surface of the planet. Closer and the planet could potentially explode.

Gamma radiation is the majority of the radioactive contents on Fortis. And it's in high enough concentrations to kill people after a short stay within the radiation. And since energy is radiation, certain wave lengths can pass through energy fields.

Sorry, guys, for disappearing so much and for so long. I'm having a bit more trouble adjusting than I thought I would, I guess.
