"Oh, I was unaware I'd switched positions." Adam said, shrugging. Loki grinned back at Arekku, before running back to his owner. The Eevee jumped infront of Adam as the fire types attacked.

Dark spots the fire Pokemon then hears Maddy's orders.
"Aye aye Capn'."
A Colour ball flies towards a Houndoom and a red and white Empoleon appears after the ball bursts open with a glorious light.
"Bismarck, Agility!"
The Houndoom attacks first with a weak Crunch attack that manages to lower Empoleon's Defense.
Bismark then raises his speed by two stages.
"Now, Surf!"
Empoleon summons a wave of water that crashes into the fire Pokemon and KO's it in one hit. The Houndoom falls and is replaced by a Magmar.
"Surf Again!"
Bismarck repeats his earlier attack and KO's the Magmar with no resistance.
Dark pats his Pokemon on the back and recalls it.
"Alright, next." Dark says confidently.

~Sanctus Espiritus... Maddy sighed and released Emp, her Empoleon. A Typhlosion stepped forward to challenge the great penguin, and it was immediately rushed with a powerful wave of water. The Typhlosion roared, it was just barely hanging on. It recklessly tackled Emp, damaging itself in the process. Maddy interrupted Emp's next attack. "It's extremely weak. Might as well catch it." She said, throwing an Ultra Ball and watching the contraption swallow up Emp's foe.
Shake...
Shake...
Shake...
... Ding!
Typhlosion was caught! Maddy put her new companion's Pokeball in her pocket.
Emp turned to face his next opponent, a Charizard. "Geez, the strong ones are out tonight, aren't they?" Maddy sighed. This Charizard reminded her of Jocasta, her own Charizard. She sure hoped this particular one wasn't as ferocious. Emp bombarded his second opponent with a giant wave of water as well, leaving his foe with little HP left yet again. Charizard opened its maw and released a steady stream of flame onto Emp, the flames licking at the part Steel-type's tough outer coating. Emp shook the attack off and retaliated by releasing a jet of bubbles, finishing off the Charizard. Maddy recalled her companion. "That was easy." She waited for her nearby teammates to finish up. She then noticed a bald man in a tropical shirt and sunglasses. "Something up with the volcano?"... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

Sammy threw a pokeball, releasing Squirt from his pokeball. She tossed out another pokeball, and this one allowed Comet to appear. Their two opponents were a Growlithe and a Magmar, each growling furiously. “Squirt, let’s not take too long on these guys, alright?” She sighed loudly. She didn’t have the brain power to deal with this today. He nodded, but Growlithe got the first move. It engulfed Comet in a Fire Spin, doing a good amount of damage. Comet then held up his spoons, encasing Magmar in a psychic glow. He thrust his hands forward, and Magmar was slammed against a rock. The pokemon fell to the ground but quickly regained itself. However, it didn’t have long. Squirt released a Hydro Pump at the fiend which quickly sent it crying to its metaphorical mother. Growlithe growled (imagine that) at Squirt, lunging forward and biting the pokemon’s arm with full strength. Squirt, in response, yowled in anger, shaking his arm. The Growlithe hung on like a leech, and the whole scene managed to make Sammy laugh just a tiny bit. Comet obviously wasn’t as amused, so he held up a spoon and allowed a Psybeam to push into Growlithe. The dog pokemon barked angrily, as it was sent into a rock. The attack, however, was poorly aimed and only half hit Growlithe. The other half hit Squirt, who was enraged. He was about to go off on Comet, but he decided it wasn’t worth it and instead released a Hydro Pump at the Growlithe. The pokemon held on by a thread, though, and grabbed on to Squirt’s arm once more. Comet shook his head, using Psychic to knock out the pokemon.
Sammy returned her pokemon, returning to the group.

Flareon and Infernape shot another Flamethrower at Ginji, hitting Flareon and giving it a boost with Flash Fire. "Snapples, Blastoise! Wailord!" Ginji yelled as Blastoise let out a Surf, flooding the field and doing a tonne of damage to Flareon and Infernape. The duo attacked again, this time with Close Combat and Crunch. Blastoise taking the blunt of the two attacks. Wailord drew in a huge amount of water before attacking with Water Spout, KOing the Flareon and leaving the Infernape quite staggering.
With a fluid motion, Ginji tossed an Ultraball, catching the Infernape with a few slight wiggles. "Thanks Wailord, Blastoise." Ginji smiled as he returned the behemoths to its ball, ready to face the next challenge.

*A Magmar and a Flareon appear in front of me*
Me: Well, Aerodactyl, come down here! Gyrados, time to have some fun.
*Aerodactyl and Gyrados get ready to battle*
Me: Earthquake, and Waterfall Flareon!
*Aerodactyl hits the ground hard, Flareon, and Magmar take a lot of damage, while Gyrados summons a huge upward torrent of water, that KOs Flareon*
*Magmar responds with a Flamethrower at Gyrados, which doesn't do much damage*
Me: Aerodactyl, Wing Attack.
*Aerodactyl hits Magmar*
Me: Great Ball go!
Wiggle...
Wiggle...
Wiggle...
DING!
Me: Magmar, you'll evolve soon enough.

"Me?" The man asked as though it someone had asked for his name, "I'm Blaine, and I run the Gym here on Cinnabar! The volcano's been acting up lately and it's not the safest place to be! See, even the pokemon are on edge!"
A pair of pokemon even attack Blaine: Charmeleon and Camerupt. He sends out his own fiery duo, Rapidash and Magmar. Poor Charmeleon is overmatched. A Take Down and Thunderpunch combo nearly knock it out right away. It manages to fight back with Dragon Rage, scoring a minor hit on the horse. Camerupt razes the field with Earthquake, taking Charmeleon down and damaging both of its foes. Blaine's Rapidash springs up out of harm's way as Magmar brightens up the field. An errant Flamethrower misses its mark and Rapidash comes down hard on the camel's back. Magmar follows up with a mighty Solar Beam, causing severe damage. The weakened wild pokemon spouts off a pathetic Eruption, only to be captured by Blaine's pokeball.

Adam Looked down at Loki as a Magby attacked. "Dig!" He called, the Eevee borrowing below ground. The Magby tried a ember attack before being KO'd by the attack.
"Good Work, easy enou-" Adam was cut off as a Magmar stepped up. Apparently, Magby had a very ornery Madre.
"Pinap..." Adam cursed, "Dig!" He called, but Loki was hit first with Fire Punch. The Wild Magmar used a Smokescreen while Loki burrowed into it, before Adam recalled The Eevee. "Type-wise not the best choice, but, Go Epsilon!"
The Scyther clacked it's scythes together menacingly, delivering a Slash attack with blinding speed. The ploy worked, and the Magmar was felled.
"Good work Team!" He called, Loki Bui'ing happily from Adam's hood.

There was no reply from Maddy or Brian. Tropius headed toward the volcano but was getting tired from the heat. "Good job, Tropius". He saw the team fighting fire pokemon. He saw Dark and tried to meet up with him. He heard a raw and saw a projectile coming his way. Dj immeadiately jumped out the way. It was an Arcanine. "Alright then, time to take the pup to town!" Dj said running toward the pokemon calling out Blastoise. The Acanine growled and lowered it's body. It roared and released a Fire Blast. "Blastoise, Protect!" A multicolored shield went up and the flame attack slammed into it. "Blastosie, use Water Pulse!" Blastoise shot out waves of water in large circles. The Arcanine tried to dodge but could not get out of the way in time. Dj threw the pokeball and watch it shake. The catch was a success.

Sammy scratched the back of her head, growling lightly at Blaine. "I don't trust old people," she hissed. She had become very untrusting since their encounter with the old lady before.

~Sanctus Espiritus... Maddy crossed her arms. "Finally, something to do! Let's investigate the volcano!" She said. Even though she was sure there was really nothing to investigate. Volcanoes acting up was just a part of nature.... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

There's no such cat in the metropolis, who holds all the pieces in monopoly,
Arekku watches as a Charmeleon jumps at him. Luckily, Len thinks quick and leaps from Arekku's shoulder, bringing down a small but powerful Brick Break on the Charmeleon's head. The somewhat dazed Charmeleon regains his ground after a minute or two and rushes at Len, Slashing at the Teddiursa's small body. Fortunately, the attack hits without a finding a vital point, but Len has to dig his little nails into the ground to avoid flying off though.
The Charmeleon rushes Len, planting a Metal Claw across Len's face, damaging him badly, and raising the enemy's Attack as well. Len's got something else planed though. His little body lights up brilliantly and he thrusts his paw forward into the Foe's stomach, sending it sailing into a nearby tree. Counter. Charmeleon obviously hadn't expected that one as he was again sent into a daze. Arelli pulled out an Ultra Ball and tossed it at the foe:

''Wriggle,,
.......Ding!
The enemy Charmeleon had been caught!
Just as Arekku had begun rejoicing, a Vulpix jumpd out from behind and slammed a Critical Quick Attack into Len's back, fainting the little bugger. Arekku sighed and returned his pokemon, apologizing for not noticing and promising a good rest.
He looked at the Vulpix who'd begun running off for reinforcements. Arekku tossed a pokeball, revealing Tatsu, his new Bagon.
Tatsu called out the Vulpix who turned around enraged at what must have been said and shot a red beam of light in anger at him. Tatsu dodged the Confuse Ray and flanked the Vulpix with a Zen Headbutt, sanding it back into closer range of the previous battle zone.
Vulpix stood slowly, obviously hurt quite a lot. it took a deep breath and spat a huge Fire Blast which consumed Tatsu for a moment. But being a Dragon type, he stepped out of the flames like they were nothing and slashed at the enemy with glowing red claws in a Dragon Claw attack, it hit with so much ferocity it was a Critical Hit and sent the foe Vulpix back into the surrounding woods where it originally came from. Arekku cheered and returned Tatsu, finally catching up with the group.
for performing surprising illusions, and creating eccentric confusion.
