Melissa, another nurse, offered a smile of greeting as Erica left. "That poor man." She said, shaking her head sadly. "She must mean a lot to him, hm?" Atem was silent as the nurse left. "Beautiful." Yugi agreed, gazing up at the sky now.

Erica nodded "But the doctors say she is improving.Atleast her bodys not falling appart like alot of other coma victoms.." she looked back in the room "Blue she did look alittle blue.Im going to take her tempeture and blood oxygen count."
Embers hand twitched agian but as always it ment nothing.
Kawi leaned and kissed yugi softly.

"Well, I'm about to go on my break soon." Melissa said with a stifled yawn. Soda... she needed a soda. Atem stood with a sigh, almost spilling his coffee. He had forgotten that he was holding it. He put it down on the end table, ran his hand through Ember's hair, and silently left the room, his gaze glued to the ground. He didn't know where he was going. He just wanted to take a walk. His legs protested, after being still for so long, but he didn't care.
Yugi jumped slightly in response, being absorbed with watching the sky, but happily kissed Rei back.

Kawi smiled and clung to yugi as they kissed.She was so happy with him.
"I have a soda in my lunch if you want it" she said and went back in the room.After taking her tempture and blood oxgyen count she found she was getting enough oxgyen but had a very low tempture.She frowned and went to gather some blankets.

Yugi was tempted to pull away. He and Kawi were happy together, but hadn't really gone far into their relationship. Honestly, he felt a bit uncomfortable when he thought about asking her if they should take it to the next level. "Thanks." Melissa said with a small smile, and tilted her head to the side when she saw the man walking almost blindly down the hallway. 'He looks so sad' She thought to herself, going after him. "Sir?" She questioned cautiously. "Are you okay?"
Atem gave a bitter smile. "Of course I am. Ember is still in a coma, I can hardly stand, and I have no idea where a person who used to be close to me even is, much less if he's still alive. Why wouldn't I be okay?" A hurt look came over the nurse's face, but Atem didn't really care. What kind of stupid question was that, anyway?

Kawi pulled away to take a breath and nuzzled into yugi's neck.She was so happy with him and would do anything he wanted.
Erica after covering Ember took her tempure agian.She then hurried to melissa "Hey have you seen Dr.Terry?Embers tempture is droping and I cant get it to go up.."

"I think he's in room 309. At least, that was where he said he was headed for." Melissa responded, frowning. She glanced towards Atem, who looked concerned. "I love you." Yugi murmured, strumming her hair with his fingers.

Erica soon found the doctor and they rushed into ember room.After a while erica found atem "Umm I need to tell you somthing.."
Kawi gently kissed him deeper just happy to be with him.

Atem's eyes widened, and he mentally braced himself. "What is it?" He demanded. "What the hell is going on?" Was this because he left the room? Dammit, he knew he should have stayed. Yugi seemed a little shocked at the deeper kiss, but returned the affection. He ran his tongue along Kawi's lips, considering and asking for entrance.

"Calm down" Erica smiled. "She's awake.If you can be calm you can see her.She's still drowsy from the drugs we gave her to warm up and she cannot speak because of the tube down her throat.She's having trouble moving as well."

"She's--" Atem started to say, stunned by this. Dammit, dammit, dammit! He knew he should have stayed, he knew it! He wanted to bolt down the hallway, but was reluctant. A year had passed. He and Ember hadn't really established a real kind of relationship. What if, after so much time had passed--? He didn't allow himself to think that. Anything. Yugi shyly ran his tongue along the inside of Kawi's mouth.
