I know. My character was going to block the kick VIA the stone, let loose an amazing amount of power, bewildering everyone because my character normally couldn't possibly do that, again, it comes VIA stone, and then mind control time. But I don't want to do that, because when other people (if they do) join the RP, it seems it would be a bit awkward me thinks.

SCPX Things got quiet and everyone suddenly fell mysteriously ill before disappearing from existence permanently. Shiva discovered our tricks and decided to attempt an assault on us in the real world. She's coming for you, Kei... eek Rubbish. I'm just a simple RPer... The stone's "powers" can make barriers that deflect lightsabers?
I was under the impression he was getting a power boost, not OU protection from the stone. >.<

He's getting protection from the stone until Shiva shows up.
If the stone can't deflect the "lightsaber" then it's not very powerful, it withstands against all physical attacks. But again, that's until Shiva shows up, then my character doesn't have that.

Well, not necessarily. Lightsabers are known to cut through pretty much anything. Diamond is touted as the hardest substance on earth, but lasers can cut it. Even still, this fact doesn't negate its reputation for being the hardest natural known substance on the planet. Same with, say, the Hokage. He was reputable as beast, but he was still taken down by old age and the sealing jutsu. This doesn't make him any less of a person. Are you following me?
I'm not saying you should change it or anything, I'm just making a point. Or something. Who knows.
