No, its not covenant era... Note the date this guild is set. 2560. 8 years after Installation 00 got destroyed. And if you don't what that is, look it up. That Harvest thread was a flash back. That's it.

I think the right is reserved for select few and you can't ask for a permission to do so without getting a nasty look. smile
Like being a SPARTAN, too. So be a badass marine/ODST and hope the folks notice your effort in RP. ^^
