Fate watched, he couldn't hear her but he knew she wouldn't come.
Fate felt horrible of what he did to Storm, and he wasn't excatly sure what he did do in perticular but he knew it was bad.
His ears folded back as he sat waiting.

Storm walked along the waters edge. She stared at her reflection, and then splashed it with her paw.

Fate said as he appered out of nowhere right behind her.

Fate's ears flooped down as he followed her, side by side.

Fate sighed.
"Please... Stay. My pups will adore you. And maybe Mist and me won't work, or maybe you'll find some one better then me. Just try."

"What you some freaky mind reader? Yeah, I am unhappy, doesn't mean I have to stay here. And maybe if you did come with me I'd be happy, but we passed the 'lets make storm happy' stage a long time ago." Storm grumbled, she was angry now. Her paws began to pad faster as she got angrier. "Besides, you don't know how I feel inside, and by the looks of it, you never will." She walked away from the water and into the trees. Still keeping the same pace.

Fate remained calm, he might not be able to make her happy. But he could make her understand.
"That achey feeling deep in your heart, the one that just tears you from the inside out. You reach for that one disire.... but you know you can never have it. That cold rejected feeling that never leave... you cry without a reason... you wonder why this has happened. and you say 'I didn't want this... I don't deserve this... why?' You cry just because... just because some one.... said No."
Fate stopped from walking with her.
"Maybe your not the only one...."

"Yes... a horrible creature."
Fate sat down, his ears folded back. He looked upon the icy waters, so pretty, so gracefull, so peacfull. His eyes watered greaty, he closed his eyes tightly, but still a tear fell from his cheek down onto the water. The ripples went far but did not last forever.
Fate let out a sigh and opened his eyes, his glassy eyes about to cry. Their orange and a tang of blue seem to fade into grey.
"I hurt you... beond the point of repair. There is nothing... this horrible creature can do help a gracefull wolf now...."

Storm turned around and ran to Fate. She was crying as she licked Fate's cheek. Her voice was silent as she curled up next to Fate.

Fate laid down next to her, and licked the side of her face.
He knew he would have to chose, if Mist came. Fate would die, right then and there. But right now, he wanted to help Storm.
"Do you... do you forgive me?"

"I don't know." Storm sighed, her paws twitched as she looked up at him. Her eyes outlining his face as her heart began to beat faster.
