KB'd delicately glide his fingers near to Than's palm, outlining that which he could never touch. Well, at least not in a fashion he'd wanted. "Stroking allegiances? Now now Thanatos, that isn't party talk." KB'd wink to Than, the man should've known better to use such a word around KB. In any case KB backed off a step to give Thanatos his space, turning his glance to the twins. "I think Kaiori will be attending as well, with Tegral if I heard correctly." KB added helpfully.

So far his attention was entirely on Than, his long-lost would-be lover.

*Nana was getting ready to go and get something for herself and Mastema, but then Thanatos started to have at KB. The way he spoke about severing old ties seemed so cold and unlike his former self, it made Nana's heart drop a little. It was everything he had been through and what he had been doing these past few months. The boy had changed so much in the time Nana had known him. Then there was this KB fellow who was rather flamboyant, and upon first impressions seemed to swing one way more than the other. Then there was what he said about Kaiori, wasn't she his friend? Didn't he care about her? Nana had only met the woman once, and before that, at the thought of her death Thanatos seemed frightend leading Nana to try a spell which confirmed her life was not silenced, putting the boy at ease. Now however she was "the little witch"? What on earth was going on with Thanatos? Nana caught between following Thanatos or staying by Mastema's side, finally after some thought decided to follow the boy, it looked like he was getting his own drink. Mastema could easily deal with Ratsu and KB without her presence there, for the moment*

Sai gently Takes bell's apology for them walking off , once Kai entered the room. Sai glances ofver kai's attire and thought about it and how she entered. Taking note of her wearing her crown and enterance was no royal behavior. With a slight sigh she took a final sip of her drink, as she walked over tot he stands for a refill of her drink, though nonalcholic it was tasteful and filling.

She notices one of the trio, of whom Kb had rushed up to was at the stands. She gently made her way to the drinks as Than seemed to be in her way. She smiled softly Excuse me Sir, mind scooting a bit so that I may refill my cup? She asked politely as he seemed rather discomforted with KB's appearance and wasn't in the mood to get envolved, she gotten herself in too much trouble so far and just wanted to enjoy the evening as much as she can alone as she came dateless.

Arriving at the table, Than would carefully run his right hand along the surface until he found a tray of biscuits, promptly taking two and nibbling on them for a moment. When Sai addressed him, he would raise his head, albeit not looking at her. In just that moment, Sai would easily be able to see that his left eye was completely sealed over and his right eye had a deep gray iris with a glazed over pupil; saying he was blind was redundant. Without making a word, and after several moments, Than began walking away from the table. It seemed Than didn't have the obligation to say 'pardon me.' But a moment after, Kaiori's belated introduction was made and he briefly let his eye wander to where the twins had been, but made no motion.

Mastema took note of Than's aloof and antisocial behavior, but the only concern he showed was in eye movement. Shortly after, he returned his attention to Ratsu. "Sorry, my name is Mastema, and this is my wife, Nana. You'll have to pardon my son's brashness. He's become a little more bold and a little less restricted as of late."

Sai Glanced at Than with a narrowed glanced as he raised his hand at her, though she noticed the blindness and greyness of his eyes, he didnt have to be rude, it was a party not a tavern or the Dojo for that manner. She just tossed her cup to the nearby trash can and walked over to her little window and leaned against the wall and watched the fire-breather. She was merely trying to be polite and was rather turned away.

sai watched as the trio where than came from was standing around, though the party was rather boring, might as well familiarize herself with everyone and perhaps finally meet some poeple that are spoken about. she made her way to the trio as she noticed it was only the man standing there. the blind one and the woman had walked off. She walked past ratsu without a word, he seem to be of no interest to her, she walked up to mastema with a nice smile. I thought it might be nice to familiarize myself with the people here at the Party, I'm Sairys.... politely she presented her hand to mastema.

Mastema seemed preoccupied with something for a moment, watching all of the odd things going on, before turning back to Ratsu. It wasn't really a surprising message, since many people had known Mastema in the past, albeit the good majority of them were rather underhanded and shady characters. Mastema did find it comically ironic that Sai was ignoring Ratsu in a somewhat similar way to that which Thanatos had observed to irritate her. Without much of any obvious feeling other than formality, he lightly took Sai's hand for a moment. "Mastema. Good evening." That was as familiar as Mas cared to get at the moment, releasing Sai's hand with not another action toward her.

Thanatos had moved away and taken up a spot back against the wall and arms crossed. If one didn't know he was blind, one might say he was observing in anticipation of something to happen.
