Violet went to the car and climbed in without a word, thinking they had stuff to speak about that they didn't want her to hear. Sitting in the car Violet slumped down, her head bowed in thought. She'd almost done it, after all these years of waiting, building up the strength to tell him she'd chickened out because of a car. Groaning she held her head in her hands, her heart heavy with the thought that she might have missed her chance.

"My well being is of no real importance." Jesper said pulling her up close. He linked his arms through hers and lay quiet for a while. "Do I Have to wake up early again?" he said in the quiet.

"No importance? Well, if yuir not going to take care of yuirself, then I'll have to do it for ye," Rosalee said, giving him a kiss on the nose. "Just rest your eyes and sleep as long as you want. I'll be here when you wake up..."

Tengitsune Richard had been throwing some sand onto the flames when Dom returned, appearing distressed somewhat. When they had finished, he urged Violet to go back to his car, so that he could find out what was wrong with Dominic. Their cars being right next to each other, he didn't expect this to take very long.
He knocked on the passenger window of Dom's car and asked "Is it ok if we talk for a bit? You seem a bit...down..." Dom rolled down the window. "Down? Down! No no no no no. I'm not down. I'm friggin depressed is what I am!" He started gripping wheel like he was trying to strangle it. He turned to Richard. "You know what I just noticed, man? Everybody in this town got someone..." He pointed at himself. "...But me. I'm the only one in this town without anyone and you know what, I'm sick of seeing all the happy couples around me. I'm sick of being single!" He started banging his head on the horn, honking it. "Let's just say I'm not down...I'm just having a little bit of a crisis." He leaned back into his chair and sighed, smudging his face in his hands. "Why me?" He asked, muffledly through his fingers.

"Dom...Dom! Stop it!" Richard yanked the door open and gripped his shoulder with his free hand. "Just calm down alright?! Now give me the car keys before you do something you'll regret," he demanded, holding out his hand. "Listen to me. You're successful. You're running your own business. You can take care of yourself and any girl you meet along the path of your life. What have I got, huh? A car and a surfboard. And a meager job when it comes along. Think about it. You have your life set, and you just need one woman to fill it. I'm not saying 'hey look at me, I have it worse than you'. I'm just saying that you should calm down and think things over, that it's not as bad as it seems. Now, you're going to come with Violet and me back to her house, because you being by yourself would not be good right now, ok?"

"Thankyou." Jesper said falling into a deep sleep. he didnt snore but he rolled a lot. occaisionally he would roll into rose and nuzzle her but he kept to himself mostly. He woke up after about an hour and sat up to think.

Every time he nudged into her Rosalee grumbled a bit in her sleep as she buried her face into the covers. When he finally stopped moving, it was her turn to nudge over to him to rest her head on his chest. If he had stopped moving, it meant he was probably awake. "Go back to sleep," she mumbled, as she planted a pillow on his face.

Lying back down he waited for her to turn over so he could pull up close against her back. He felt her warmth against his chest and heard her brush against his jeans. They had slept togehter before but this flet more natural.

Rosalee readjusted the covers so that they were over him again, enjoying the closeness of him against her. One hand reached up and touched his cheek, feeling the slight stubble on his face. It seemed fitting for Jesper, having a rough edge about him that had drawn her to him in the beginning.
I guess it never really went away at all....
She slept fitfully the rest of the night.

Slowly, he took the keys from the ignition and handed them to Richard. He slowly got out of the car and looked at Richard, he was shaking slightly. "M-Maybe you're right..." He said. He crossed over to Richard. "Y-Yeah...I'll just hang with you and Violet tonight. I'll be fine by tommorrow." Dom knew he probably wasn't going to be ready to be alone by the next day, but he didn't want Richard to worry. He got in the back seat and laid down in a fetal position.

Violet nodded,
"Sure i haven't driven for a while, but i doubt we'll run into anyone this late at night." she replied. Climbing out of the passenger seat she turned to Richard, pulling him away from the car for a moment,
"Is Dom alright?" she asked, softly, worry laced in her voice.

"He's just a bit...worried about where his life is going." Richard didn't want to tell her everything in case Dom didn't want her to know. If she knew, it would have to be at Dom's choosing, not his. He handed her his car keys. "I hope you've learned how to drive stick," he said with a smile.

Violet took the keys and smiled,
"Angel, i take physics, i'm sure i'll manage," she replied with a grin. About to walk away she turned back and gave him a quick hug adding as she did so,
"Oh and don't worry, the car will be in one peice when we meet up again at mine" As she walked to his car she was still smiling softly, though her thoughts were a little scattered. How could Dom be worrying about his life? He was doing fantastically well if he only realised it. Shaking her head she slowly climbed into the drivers seat of Richards car, adjusting the seat to adjust her shorter legs.

Richard chuckled a bit, and nodded in response. "Ok, ok...but book knowledge doesn't mean you know how to work a clutch. I was just checking." He climbed into Dom's car, glanced at him in the back seat and started up the car, revving up a bit to test the engine. "See you there," he said out the window to Violet before taking off.
