God Speed-Ace has gain some wights he now wears on his legs.This slows him down how ever but as he gets stronger when he wears the weight over time he can gain his regular speed with the weights on.As it rises in levels
For every 5000 points he gets From here onIts levels up
Level 0-
With weights-His speed is 40% of his orignal
without weights-His speed is 100%(meaning nothing has changed)
level 1-
With weights-his speed is 55%
without weights-His speed is 115%
Level 2-
With weights-His speed is 80%
without weights-his speed is 130%
Level 3-
With weights-His speed is 100%
without weights-His speed is 150%
(i thought this made sense because it gave me a disadvantage at first)

See the thing iwth Tsunada Techinques they are too strong for some rpers to use. Like if we did offfer that tehcinque I would offer at a ridicoulus high amount to discourage users from getting it...Eh All Techinques above approved. Exxcept Avce's Last one.

Drago_the_Blackrose See the thing iwth Tsunada Techinques they are too strong for some rpers to use. Like if we did offfer that tehcinque I would offer at a ridicoulus high amount to discourage users from getting it...Eh All Techinques above approved. Exxcept Avce's Last one. i suppose that was a kittkw tii strong

Gravity Flux- This allows the user to be able to manipulate gravity in which he can make the oppenent stuck on the ground pressing Earth's Gravity down upon them and enable them to move and with more chakra forced the more gravity shall be pressed down.
Immunization-This is a jutsu that sends a signal to the White-Blood cells and activate's them as they become mutated with Chakra poored from the user in which Advance's its ability to kill disease's faster.

Peer Pressure-Brings down the pressure on moveing making both of the shinobis or items slower and dragging them down to the ground.If the user makes his opponent goes down so far where he would sink into the earth the user will get the same treatment
