Sienna had lost track of Ami hours ago. After a brief search she gave up.

I hope the girl will be ok...

Having packed away the noise canceller, Sienna walked off, following a small slip of paper with sketched direction. She wandered left and right, meandering through the streets of Latent until she came to fair sized building. Hanging outisde the door was a simple sign, an emblem of a white sunburst with a black sword pointing down in the middle of it. A brown haired girl of maybe 19 years of age greeted Sienna at the door.

"Took you long enough to get here sifu."

Sorry, I got distracted by an altercation on the way here... How's the progress with stocking the shop Anya?

Anya handed Sienna a clipboard full of papers.

"We have most of the forge gear and bare bones in the workshop. Inventory in the main shop room is ready for display but the back room isn't stocked yet. A couple of rare finds and such. We still have some equipment en route but we have enough metal stock and finished wares to start up the shop now if you'd like."

Sienna smiled back at her.

Looks good for now. I guess we're open for business then. Is Travis in?

"No ma'am. He's coming later today with some more materials."

Fair enough, I'll be upstairs then. Tell me if someone arrives.

First floor ground plan

Sienna's shop is fairly nondescripit as far as shops go, the only really identifying factors is the emblem on the outside sign as well as the pervasive heat from the forge, as well as the regular hammer rings when the forge is in use.

The main shop room holds a long counter in front of the door leading to the next room. It has a fair number of sample weapons, and trinkets displayed on the counter and on the walls of the room. This room always has an employee in it when the shop is open, usually Sienna or Anya. Many of the items in this room may not bear the maker's mark. The door in the back leads to a seemingly empty hallway which in turn leads to the main display room. This room is currently only some half-full. The room is divided up bladed weapons displayed in one section, polearms in another etc etc. Specialized items are displayed in their own corner, and ranged weapons have their own stands in another area. The highest quality items are found in this room or in the stockroom below the shop. There is even a section devoted towards items not made by the shop, but rather found or otherwise having fallen into the possession of the shop. This is the last room that patrons will be allowed into. The entrance to the rest of the shop can be seen in this room, as a sealed doorway which is clearly labeled "employees only"))

Dante had been free of the hospital for a day or so by now. His scrapes and bruises largely unnoticable, and color haveing returned to his skin he seemed nearly as fit as he had been before the whole nasty encounter with the stadium rubble. As he meandered through the town of Latent he had no place to stay, no real idea where things were layed out in the seemingly familiar but still unusual town, and in the process of gettign his bearings he had taken several 'wrong turns' through the various alleys and had completely lost himself in the sprawling urban center.

Left, another left, a right, Dante had continued his weaving through the alleys ina a rather annoyed attempt to find a main street and subsequentlly try and find the main road. it was another three blocks passing smaller orads which he felt were closer to alleys then actual roads as he continued finally stepping out into what seemed like a well kept thoroughfare and breathed a sigh of relief. asd he stood next tot he road howwever his hat and his head tipped slightly to the side in a questioning manner as he looked up at the sign that hung above the door way of some sort of store, as he took in the building he was able to distinguish it was a smithy rather quickly the smell and heat of the forge was one thing he knew...

Taking some rather confident yet curious steps forward he crossed the thoroughfare and stepped up ontot he front step before takigna quick breath lamenting the time that ahd passed since he last smelled the forge, it had been too long.

"Hello?" he remarked questioningly as he opened the door and took several hesitant steps forward into the forge warmed shop, a comfort he knew all to well and he had severely missed.

Anya was lounging behind the counter when Dante stepped into the door, idly picking at her nails. Her eyes came up at the tentative "Hello."

Standing up in a smooth motion she brushed some her hair out of her face with her right hand and tucked it neatly behind her ear.

"Can I help you with anything sir?"

Dante didnt respond immediately as he took exactly three mroe steps inside the main shop and then swept his eyes from one end of the room to the other caustiously taking in all the wares on the walls, or what had been put up by that point. He took a deep breath and breathed in the fient soot fromt he forge like many might do when first enteringa bakery in the morning.

"Smithy?" he asked to the woman behind the counter, thought not quite clear wether he was asking if she was the smithy, or if this was a smithy.

Anya's eyebrow rose slightly at the question, but she decided to take one line and follow it.

"Yes this is a smithy of sorts. More of a general workshop actually but we specialize in weapons and adventuring gear. We have a wide selection of things in stock and can also fill custom orders, though currently the wait may be a bit long because we're still completing our inventory and shop."

Dante cut her off politely at the 'May be a bit long.." part, he didnt want to seen rude, but he didnt need that information, he could guess that.

"Are you the smithy?" he elaborated "If not Id like to speak with them" Dante was polite but very direct, he really didnt need top purchase anything, but he always was interested in meeting and 'shooting the wind' with other smithies, they were often few and far between but were good enough folk.

Anya paused at the interruption and took a breath.

"'Fraid I'm not the smith. Travis is the 'prentice smith here but he's getting stuff"

Anya reached up and held something on her shirt's collar before speaking quietly at it.

"Sifu, someone down here wants to talk to you? What's that? Ok...

"The smithy will be down momentarily..."

Dante smirked, and walked over to one of the few set up display walls of the main shop browseing, and wasteign time for the smith, hed unitnetionally shown he had no real intention to speak to the shop keeper herself. Not for lack of curtesy, simply lack of time.

The place was almost spartan in set up, nothing overly complex, except that obviously there was mroe thana bit of clandestine communication goign on at the place. It reminded him fondly of I.R.I.S. before he had retired, things just werent the same after that, technology had taken a backseat to tradition. Not a bad thing by anymeans but hed missed some of the more cloak and dagger methods of his younger years.

Anya idly sat back down and resumed her bored stance. A little while later Sienna stepped through the backroom's door.

She stood there and looked at the guest browsing around the main room for a moment and then steppd forwards, picking a sword off of one of the display stands Dante was looking at.

Tulwar, blade length 25 inches. High quality steel and acid-etched rising phoenix on the blade.

Her mismatched eyes looked up and down the blade a few moments, and narrowed critcally before replacing the blade on its display.

You wanted to speak with me?

"fitting..." Dante responded still looking at the case, he was bit taken back by who it was that greeted him, and had taken the moment to get over the suprise, before turning his head towards her.

"I would never have guessed, that you were a smith..."

He completed his turn and smiled curteously. "My appologies it has been quite awhile, and I doubt you remember me from our brief contact... The name is Dante Decker, or just Dante if youd prefer."

A couple of years ago, I doubt I would have guessed it either. But it just kinda fell into my hands as it were. I seem to recall you though. Pleased to make your acquaintance though Mr. Decker. How can I help you?

"Ive come, -among other things- to inquire as if you need another smith." Dante still wasnt entirely sure if this was the correct course of action, afterall hed never worked with or under another smith since the death of his grandfather, and for him to swallow what was left of his pride and ask was somethign that though internally was more than just a struggle, externally he was quite calm about the whole thing.

"Dont mis-understand me, Im not looking for a job so much as a temporary partnership. Family buissnes has me out of the country more and more these days as Ive been asked to fill in for my Cousin Sarahs recent absence, and assumed death as an E'su or what I suppose is the more modern and english term for political officer or Commisar.

As such the futility of opening up a forge competing or otherwise is a ludicris ideal, that Im sure you can understand. I ask for no pay, no board, simply 75% of the price of my goods produced and access to a suitable work area..."

Dante didnt want this to seem a hostile visit, he knew he often came off as all buissness, but in this case, thats exactly what this was.

"I suppose this one time offer, not made out of pride but necessity. I dont believe I have anything to prove from this arrangement. With the destruction of the arena Im afraid any examples I may have had that were not in private ownership were destroyed in the incident"

Sienna's right eyebrow arched at Dante's request.

Let me get this straight... the destruction of the arena has left you without materials and you'd like to join in a partnership for use of the forge here?

Sienna's eyes twinkled again

I've heard some about the reclusive smith who goes by the name Decker... I have a proposition for you. You can have free reign of the forge as you will, as we do have a spare work area. However... as far as how much of the profits you get...

All profits from any item you make goes straight back to you. All you will need to cover is raw material costs and maintenance for equipment that you use. Does that sound fair?

"Reclusive? Yes I suppose that would accurately portray my recent ventures... I was tired of selling weapons of quality to inexperienced, and unresptful twits. Being a recluse, was not exactly the most enjoyable part of my history of being a smith, nor was it my most productive but I had quite a few issues to deal with at the time.

Regardless, that was the past..."

Dante nodded in agreement to the terms and held out his hand to shake and seal the deal. "Agreed, though if you dont mind I would like to get to work as soon as possible. I recently got out of the hospital for wounds sustained during the collapse, and need to get back into a routine, before I become too distracted by life.

But first I would be greatly appreciate a tour if youd be so kind."

Sienna held out her hand almost gingerly to shake and then withdrew, beckoning for Dante to follow and moving into the next room. Walking quickly through the adjoining hallway she stepped into the Display room

This room here is the display room, for the real wares. The wares out there are more decorative but that's to accomadate those who don't really look. A full half of those weapons are made by Travis and though he's good enough, he still has to work on his technique. The weapons and items in here are those that I deem worthy of actual display.

Sienna paused for a response of anything Dante might have to say about the display waiting before moving on with the tour.
