*smiles and pushes the grand doors open, stepping into the light flooding through and into the great hall where tables laden with food and drink lineds the walls and elegant decorations swayed from the roof; over half of the town awaited them eagerly, dressed as briliantly as they could(which was grand, indeed) as Alida began to stide down the passage to the royal table and stopping in front of her cushioned chair, indicating for the others to do the same before addressing the crowd below* My friends!!
