As his thrust hit dead on straight to the shield. His wrist snapped as the force given back was more than he penetrate and he was pushed back his hand going up to stop the katana from hitting the top of his head. He saw the fireball come at him at a traceable speed and juked to the left and gave an immediate slash to the mans side to try and catch a couple of the swords to keep them in place... he didn't have many techniques to fight this man with but he knew a few he could use right about now. "Pretty good... had I been more prepared I'd probably stand a better chance." His expression never changed from his frown. He enjoyed fighting but didn't show his pleasure for it. Xzavior smirked as the man got out of one of his attacks. As an attack came at Xzavior side, he put up his shield again, blocking the attack. At the same time Xzavior launched another fireball at the man, as well as 5 well-aimed slashes with his katanas. Two to each side, and one to the front, purposely leaving him a way out. "You seem to attack head-on. Reminds me of someone i know..." He said, keeping up conversation as he did battle.

Abel saw the man was giving him a chance and he hadn't had the time to test his abilities as a Hollow and didn't want to stick his neck out too far. He used his chance to jump back and juke to the left again to avoid the blades. "When your only way of attacking is a sword, direct attacks are your only option." He said as he tried to jump over the highest blade to jump over and then give a slash to his behind. All of a sudden, Xzaviors blades started spinning around him in a start shape, no longer on fire. A single shuriken rose from under the ribbon on his hat, and ignited, spinning around so fast that is couldn't be seen by the arrancar. The trail of fire was easy to see, though. A katana easily blocked the attack at his rear. "I'll just defend for a bit. I want to see your attacking abilities. I think i may just have to recruit you. You seem strong..."

Abel saw that the man had more abilities than him... as well as more tricks up his sleeve. But this was more than he wanted to take. If only I had more abilities at my disposal... I could take him more easily... He said as he sheathed his Zanpakutou to allow for more flexibility. The blades spun around him in a predictable pattern and he got it down and the timing needed to get through... and the shuriken was easy enough to spot at a good distance. As the Zanpakutou could be hear to have been completely sheathed he dashed, being at a close distance, fairly quickly and jumped moments before his foot was cut off and tried to give me man a quick mid-air round house kick using the man's neck or most likely at this point shield to push himself with that same force over him to safety. "My attacking abilities are good... but as for recruiting... I will only join for a favor." He said plainly as though it was nothing big.

Xzavior was much faster than the arrancar, and merely grabbed the arrancar's ankle, shoving it away from himself, leaving an opening in his pattern of blades, as not to decapitate him. "A favor? What kind of favor?" He said, as he charged up a powered-down psionic blast in his palm, launching it, creating an explosion, about 3 feet across. Xzavior had no problem holding a conversation and fighting at the same time. His mind was quite a bit more powerful than anyone else there. He had no problem multitasking...

Noticing the blast being charged Abel was quick to make an estimate, taking appropriate guesses at his opponent's speed and power. He swiftly pulled out his sword figuring this attack won't be quite as dodgeable as a simple maneuver to the left or right. He lefted it up up and swung down to at least try to cut it in half and send the created blasts away. Though it was a bit to strong for him to do like that, it was worth a try. He practically was knocked to the side by the attack, but yet out of the way so it ended up helping as he landed on his feet. "Nothing hard... I just want to learn some Hollow techniques." He said calmly as though he didn't care his life was in danger.

Xzavior smiled. "Some hollow techniques, eh?" He said, as three fireballs left his shield, aimed in a triangle formation at the Arrancar. "Well, you managed to find pretty much the only non-hollow in hueco mundo... But i'll help you. I AM a hueco hybrid, after all..." He said, still blocking the attacks. "Hey, i have to learn some hollow techniques as well! I've heard this 'cero' is a good one?" He said, as he charged up another psionic blast, aiming it to right in front of the arrancar, so the blast would make him back up.

He saw the man let off the triangle of fireballs and dove through the center. "I noticed that you weren't a hollow... but I noticed your hollow side." He said crossed his sword across himself, the force knocked him back. But since it was purely physical it didn't go around it, still protecting him. "I heard of it when I was a Shinigami, it's really powerful... I wouldn't mind learning that..." but getting out of Hueco Mundo was his real problem. But he'd leave that for later.

"Perhaps we can learn Cero?" xzavior said, as he launched the psionic blasts at Abel, one to each side, and one straight at him, each with a 9 foot explosion. None of xzavior's attacks were lethal. If he wanted to, he could easily destroy this arrancar, but it would do no good to destroy his recruits. As of right now, his only student was Kojima. He's need more if he was to be a good magister pro inceptor.

"That would be nice." Abel had given up on attacks since it was doing him no good. He wanted to test the extent of his body so he could know it limits. As all the blasts hit him he flew back but retook balance and started breathing heavily. He knew the man was to powerful for him to win against. Though he could also feel himself get stronger much faster than when he was an Arrancar. He put his Zanpakutou away and looked at him as he tried to steady his breathing. "Shall we go?"

Xzavior snapped, as all of his blades resheathed themselves. He tipped his hat to the arrancar. "Very well, then. Let us go. Lead the way, yound chap!" He said, smiling, waiting for the Arrancar to move. He didn't know where hollows learned their techniques. He had always learned his at Hollows Quake. He buttoned his jacket, and nodded. "Well, what are you waiting for, lad?"

He started walking. He knew this was were hollows learned basic skills... but he couldn't feel the ability to learn Cero here... he needed to go deeper in Hueco Mundo. "Well... follow..." He said. By now he was a good distance away. "You might not need it but, be on guard... Hollow's live to kill..."

Ryoji looked around the area, having never really gotten use to the dark terrain since he first came to Hueco Mundo. The eerie silence that often befell the area made him feel at peace, but his own sense of being at ease in such a dark place was something that he did not trust, since this was obviously not the planet that he vaguely remembered. The world that he imagined in his head was green and full of life, while this area was only filled with the vague howls of something that seemed wholly evil. "Geesh, they could stand to decorate a bit...no cities, no homes...no strip joints..." Ryoji muttered the last part, turning about to look at the endless desert around him. The wind was beginning to pick up, and the scarf around his neck and throat were the only things keeping the sand out of his mouth and eyes, now that he had tucked the end of it up around his face. He was beginning to regret staying in a place like this so long, and despite his empty need to explore it and find out what made this place so special, Ryoji knew that the first thing he absolutely needed to complete was finding the land in his mind. It was likely that he could find some answers if he went there, and since he had never met anyone in this world he could neither verify or disprove that claim. Sometimes he wondered how he had gotten here, and why it was he couldn't find anything to eat or, more importantly, why it appeared he didn't need to eat or sleep as much as he knew he should, even though the reason he knew his bodily habits was a mystery to he and his amnesia, as he assumed it was.
"Oh man...just my luck! I'm bound to be stuck here forever, and I'm never going to see any chicks ever again..." He sighed, but even as he did one of the familiar roars from before rang out in the area, which sparked Ryoji's attention. "Ah man, now I'm going to get attacked by an animal? What is it, a lion or tiger or bear?" Ryoji turned towards one of the dunes in the area, even at the same moment that a large Hollow came bursting through the sand in a great uproar, it's pray finally within it's sight. Ryoji's eyes widened and his mouth opened as the monster became clear to him. "Oh my..." The Hollow could barely react as the other came charging at him, a blade like appendage extending as it's right arm. The other Hollow swung it's arm towards Ryoji, but the fast Hollow managed to leap over the blow and almost stopped in sheer shock of his own abilities. "When did I get THAT!? Oh man, I'm so cool! I'm like a super hero..." Ryoji watched as the Hollow turned again, bringing it's arm back around, but this time he ducked and avoided the strike, throwing a punch of his own at the monster's gut. The fist connected directly with his enemy, who's eyes opened at the reaction of the attack...absolutely nothing. Ryoji pulled his hand back, waving it and blowing on the appendage. "Ow ow OW! What is this thing?" He watched the monster raise it's arm, and his face became obviously panicked once again. "I don't think it matters, I should probably RUN!" Ryoji turned, taking off across the desert as the first creature he had seen in months followed, leading off the first important event of the Hollow's life.
