According to the article, the gameplay will be full 2-d. so I guess its going to be 2.5d. I'm still reading what will be in it and what won't.

I really hope Zangief returns, it would be awesome to have all the wrestlers together. But it may go the way of the new Final Fight.

Returning characters: Ryu, Ken, Dhalsim, Chun-Li.
Most of the alpha series gameplay hasn't been added in. Or they're considering not having it in. Its going online. the only stage that's close to completion so far is the China stage. It's only about %2 complete.

Can't believe I forgot Rainbow Mika, always better with R.Mika. I always thought he was something of a stereotype. I just thought of one of the coolest matches, Gen vs. Oro.

Isn't R.Mika a chick??? I think her being a stereotype was the point of her character
any match with Gen would be interesting...take the Gen vs. Akuma intro in alpha 3...cool stuff right???
I personally would love a Guy vs. Ibuki match. show them how Naruto would be done properly.

I meant Dee Jay. But think about it like this, the two oldest characters, and possibly the two strongest normal humans in the series.

oh...I think the same could be said for Dee Jay. Jamaican, loves Raggae, colorful things, all he needs is a blunt and the stereotype is complete.
Now, the old part I agree...however...would anyone really describe Oro as "Normal"??? (as much as I hate the word myself)
