Piper indeed wasn't happy about any of the discussion, mostly the reason she was keeping her mouth shut. So quickening her step slightly she moved ahead of them. But she just walked through the inn's first floor like she owned it...well because she practically did, and went up the stairs, waiting for them at the top of the stairs. She hated the discussion really, hated it when Malik talked about it all so easily and in that cold manner that he often gave to the world. Didn't help that the twins were antagonizing him either. Best to jsut get them a room and go about things.

Moonstone didn't say anything. He didn't like upsetting Piper, made him feel like a child all over again. He took the same room as Onyx and Bode, but would sleep on the floor, seeing as how there wasn't enough beds. He as fine with that He did as asked, but fetched food for everyone. He couldn't carry it all, so one of the inn servants brought them each up a large bowl of stew. It's meat being rabbit, stewed with vegitables from the underground. Like mushrooms and tubers. He applogized to Onyx, the kitchen did not have raw meat to spare. H elooked at piper. "If you don't want stew, they have some other things in the kitchens I could fetch."

The whole way up Bode was chanting "Twenty-one, twenty one, twenty-one!" In a happy, singsong voice. She jumped up and down on the bed first chance she got, still singing.

"Nothing to be sorry about, Piper. Onyx and I are being..well...male rivals. a little badmouthing between competitors is nothing too bad."

A shake of his head to Moonstone.

"I don't eat human inn food if I can possibly help it. bad for my digestion"

Then he put an arm around Piper's shoulders, and gave her a gentle hug, and a kiss on her cheek.

"Rilbol orn tlu ula, 'chev"


Onyx frowned lightly at the lack of raw meat, he had developed a taste for it after his father, but handed the bouncing Bode a bowl of stew.

"here you go, eat up."

A glance at Moonstone.

"What do you think? if the guards are cheating..what do you think we cna do to beat them..if they are cheating in the arena they very well may be cheating in your event, too."

Moonstone shrugged a the two. "suit youselves."

She ast down on the edge of the bed and began slurping back the food with gusto, spilling alot on her shirt and pants. She didn't really care though, she was hungry.

Moonstone regarded his brother. "Oh, they are cheating in every event I would imagine. I was thinking that purhaps I could call on Saka, or even Cheif to dull what Magic items they have. Saka was never too keen on helping us, though for some reason he always did. ut Cheif would be more then willing."

"No, Father never did tell me. I never complained about Saka's...tough teachings." He smiled. "Ah, but Cheif would say that if it were a fair fight. He thinks all warriors should be on the same level, somehow or another, to truly be able to disern who is the better."

He shrugged. "Maybe we'll just call both, and ask who would be willing, not forced, to help."

In the other room, with Malik and Piper, a little yellow animal pocked it's head out from under the bed. Hmmm, no this didn't look like the right spot either. He caught a familiar smell, hopped up on the bed and regarded Malik with his little eyes.

Morelle tilted his head. Somewhat interested on seeing that one here.

"Alright, then when I win, I'll take care of my half first..."

Then Piper drew his attention to teh yellow animal, and Malik looked at it like it was a rattlesnake.

"the familiar. Morelle. Cymarron's mate's little familiar."

Malik looked around, and his fist glowed green, trying to see if he could touch the Rand he knew with his power..at least to verify if she was here.

"Where that is, Rand is sure to follow, and shortly after her, Cymarron himself. Probably sent to find thier kids."


"Saka has to help. wether he wants to or not. kinda like a genie when you rub the lamp. but worth a shot. Though I think Malik will probably try to use his own powers to counter any cheating guard. Maybe our new friend can help me with that. a little of that black stuff on a weapon..and bad luck for teh one that it strikes..if I can hit.

And she just really blinked. "Okay...that was odd...I think." She shrugged lightly looking back to Malik and bringing her hand up, placing it against his chest. "Seems he's rather focused on his business. I wonder if the twins know he's looking for them." But she shook her head and sighed. "This has been one hell of a day, hasn't it? Towns, tournaments, twins." Piper ran a hand through her hair, tugging at her bandana a moment. "Boy has my trouble lead quite to the little adventure this time."

"Daddy is real tall with rusty colored hair. His name is Simon. He's a bull." refering of course, to his totem.

Well, not really father like. But it was cute to here her talk like he wa still alive.

"Worst things...hope it doen't topple the place." He heaved a yawn. Sat down on the floor. "I think I might catch a couple hours sleep before tomight. I'll still havce t call onone of the spirits before hand."
