Urari couldn't hide from the calling of the bird now. Msuko had yelled it 10 times louder than before. He looked over. Saw her laying on the tree root and walked over to her. "Umm..you called?" he asked.

Montsho quickly resumed her stiff, proud posture, the playful smirk gone without a trace. She now observed the area and each of the animals around her curiously. It had been some time since she'd been through these parts and the unfamiliar animals were a clear sign of this.
Layla grinned broadly at the large feline and stuck her tongue out in the direction the two grey cubs had disappeared.

::He stumbled once or twice in an attempt to keep up with her, eyes still lingering over his shoulder, back the way they had come from.::
::Hodari cleared his throat before taking in another breath...:: "Where....... Are we going..?" ::He asked, looking towards his paws to make sure he did not step on a stick or something like that.::

Msuko grinned, the best a bird could anyways. She ended up just looking predatory, even though all she munched on was little bugs. "Have any more problems?" The bird chirped, peering up at him. He didn't look any different. Urari must be the nice one though, because the other cub in his head would have tried eating Msuko, injured as she was.

Mizaku smirked, he lifted his paw and extended his claws. He moved them around a little and then stomped his foot on the ground.
"And you don't look so big yourself," the leopard said with a dark grin, "Now I'd beat it before a certain preybeast got hurt!" Mizaku narrowed his eyes, giving a deadly look to the zebra in fornt of him. He then remembered to add, "I killed and eland! You will be much easier!" the cub scratched the ground again, hodling his tail still and his ears flat against his skull.

Irritated, Ciyari nevertheless calms down once they're out of sight, smell, or hearing of the others. Doesn't look as if anyone is following them, either. "Somewhere. Anywhere. I c'n show you the lands. We'll have to wait for that area to clear out, then go back - the pridal den is back there, hidden. They won't be able to find it," She says, assured. "Would you like to see the hill?"

Back near the zebra herd, Chukizo is still arguing with the leopard cub, Mizaku. "Peh, you couldn't have killed an eland," The zebra colt says, dismissively. "And another thing - "
"Chukizo!" Pakaa trumpets, and the full-grown stallion charges in, all concern, stopping just short of Mizaku, clearly determined to get inbetween the twain. Although not overly concerned about the leopard cub, where there are cubs...adults generally linger. The zebra stud glances around nervously to the surrounding grasses. "Get back at once, dolt." It's unclear whether he's speaking to the zebra colt or the leopard cub.

*Crawling out from the bushes his small black ears perk up. Smelling around at the air their is no remanants of the lions nor lioness left. Edgeing towards the lake near the falls he peers around. Crouching low he lowers his head to the water to her himself a drink. but he keeps his ears perked up slightly incase something came.*

*Wobbling to her feet with her left front hoof curled into her body she watches as the other two zebras araarently quarel over something. Hobbleing slightly she ends up behind them, but as she peers down and see's a hunter in the grass she whinnies slightly and backs up. Fortunatly for her.. the herd didnt hear.. but.. the leader.. was still no where to be found.*

Mizaku grunts, growling at the colt as the adult steps in.
"What's'a matter? Can't fight your own battles?!" the leopard hisses at the colt. He swings his tail against the ground like a whip, and turns abruptly. he looks over his shoulder at Pakaa, giving him a serious look.
"I hope no one gets eaten...my mom is around her somewhere..." he huffs, moving into the tall grass and leaping out of view. He was lucky to be camoflouged well in the golden grass.

"The... Hill?" ::Hodari asked, shifting a little, his claws extending to dig into the dirt as they went along, just a habit he had grown into..::"Sure. Sounds like a cool place to go." ::A hill? Hmm.. Maybe they'd find something to eat there! Nice zebras... mm... He couldn't remember exactlly where but.... He could recall having tasted one once before..::
"After that, we can come back to see if the place as cleared out any and if it hasn't.. Well... We could always go find a place and talk for a bit. I'd like to get to know you a little bit more. "

"I can, Pakaa, let me go!" The colt whines, trying to get around the solid form of the stallion to get at Mizaku. He completely ignores the concept that the leopard cub's mother might be out there, somewhere...he's not exactly a bright little zebra.
Pakaa, meanwhile, aims a snap at Mizaku with his teeth, rearing up and trying to stomp him, like he were a bug. "Shoo! Shoo, cat!" He's very nervous now...if the mother's cat is nearby....
But Mizaku manages to leap out of view before he can hit home, and instead he wheels about, forcing the protesting Chukizo around. They trot off, the young colt still complaining.

"Yeah, it's really pretty. It's got a view, and - " Fortunately, the hill isn't far off, at all, and so before Ciyari can finish the sentence, a hill looms ahead of them through the trees. It is covered in grass, and one lone, huge tree is on the top. She throws him a triumphant, albeit shy grin at the last comment, before racing up towards the top, bounding through the grasses.

::Hodari froze, jaw open wide at the sight of the hill... It -WAS- beautiful! Amazing..... This place never ceased to amaze him...::
::He grinned widely as he bolted after Ciyari, pouncing up behind her, giving a playful meow like roar, begining to run towards the top of the hill. He couldn't wait to see how big that tree was up close!::

Mizaku laughs in his mind, smirking as he crawled through the grass. Those stupid peybeasts, it figures. he thought to himself, still padding softly towards shadow-shelter of the trees from the blazing sun. He ambled over eventually, climbing up one and laying down on the branch. It felt good to be up here again, to see everything and feel even more powerful.

fedha snips at his mothers heels as he feels something missing. "mom, i think.....um......" his mouth shut quickly, he remembered what the leader said, BUT this was urgent! it could'nt go un noticed! but then, she would get in more trouble! he winned softly then slowed down, his mother did'nt notice as she and the others disappeared into the thicket.
his nose sniffed the ground, then quickly, he dashed back towards were his herd once was. he whinned and neighed to see if milia would respond.
