Ogh for sure <3 its good though because you can use layers - like draw you line art on one layer, and create anothe layer for colouring and such <33

They have stopped it on portal graphics but its still free to download i tried searching on google but found this

having a look at the site its one of those directopries xD but it should be safe to download - i will download it and see xD

it takes mins to download and you can also hook up with others who have and draw with them in Open canvas xD i cant do this though as im wireless i think >_<
