Aww, I'm sorry, Arashi said with a frown, handing Charity her soda. Yeah, ebi takes a little getting used to, as does most sushi, she said. But tempura - now that's for almost everyone! she chimed with a bright smile.
It's fine, Ashili said, opening the door to her bedroom and quietly shooing someone away. She opened the door, allowing Giovanna to follow her in. You can stay here as long as you'd like, there are currently two open rooms, she said with a smile.

Charity looked at Arashi. T-tem-p-you-rah? She tilted her head. That's the yellowy golden stuff? She jumped to her feet and bounced around. Oh Arashi, let's... she stopped mid-bounce. I don't know what we should do. She looked around for a clock. What time is it?
I would gladly take one of your rooms, thank you so very much, Giovanna bowed. I guess there's no worry about Charity, she'll be staying with your daughter tonight. She nodded slowly before grinning. How many, if you don't mind me asking, lovers do you...well... she moved her eyebrows around, not sure what word to use. ...bed?

Arashi laughed at her friend's attempt to say "tempura". What should we do? she asked, looking to the clock that hung above the couch, which read 9:43pm. She looked to Charity. Want to watch a movie or something? she offered, standing up and stretching before picking up the plates and cans.
You're very welcome, Ashili said, sitting in a large recliner chair, opposite of another. She gestured for Giovanna to sit down. I will show you to a room you can sleep in when you are ready to go to sleep, she said with a nod. And how many lovers do I...bed? she repeated, thinking about it. I believe I've lost track. Maybe there are a dozen. Maybe more.

Charity smiled brightly. Sure sure, a movie sounds nice! What kind of movies do you like to watch? She clapped her hands together and nodded. I haven't seen very many.
Giovanna sat in the other recliner, folding her hands in her lap, bowing her head. Thank you. She looked around the room before continuing with a half-smile. Perhaps more than a dozen? You've certainly been busy! she laughed softly. Of course you can have so many, you're beautiful and very kind...

Arashi laughed softly, putting the things in the kitchen. Ummm, I like to watch a lot of movies! Comedies, romance, drama, horror, everything, she said. And I've got more than enough in each catergory, though, I'm not sure how many English speaking movies I've got at the moment, she added with a slight blush. So it's really up to you!
Ashili smiled, bowing her head. You're really too kind with your words, she said. I like to keep myself busy, so my lovers and my children do a wonderful job to keep me that way, when they're not around, it's simply awful, she admitted, looking down. I suppose that's why I came here. Granted, a few have followed after me, she said with a small laugh.

Charity nodded slightly. I would rather watch an American speaking movie because that is all I know... she looked down. I'm so sorry, I wish I could watch other movies. Maybe I can someday? But actually, I think that learning another language is hopeless for me. I'm a hopeless learner.
She laughed softly with a nod. I see, I see. Giovanna crossed one leg over the other, adjusting her dress to cover both. So when did you come here?

Aww, don't say that! Arashi chimed, pulling Charity up the stairs. She pulled her into her room and got on her knees in front of the TV, digging through a large box of DVDs. There are subtitles, you know, she said laughing. She pulled out a small pile of American movies. What do you want to watch? she asked.
Two hundred fifty six wonderful days, Ashili said, stretching back and yawning. She smiled brightly to Giovanna. How long have you been here? she asked, tilting her head. She reached onto the table that rested beside the chairs, taking an empty tea cup off of it, filling it instantly by moving a finger over the top of it.

Uhmm...how about...that one? Charity blushed a little and quickly pointed at a Disney movie. I really like it... Cinderella is one of my favorites. She swayed a little, smiling.
Almost a year then, I see. Giovanna watched Ashili fill her cup with a grin. How long do you plan on staying?

Arashi smiled brightly, nodding to Charity. I love Disney movies, she said, taking Cinderella out of the case, putting it in. She pulled her friend over to her bed, flopping onto the big plush surface.
I plan on staying as long as my children find happiness here, Ashili said with a smile, taking a sip from her cup. Would you like some tea? she asked, gesturing to a cup before continuing, because as long as my children are happy, I am as well. If this place doesn't make them happy anymore, then I will take them away from it.

Charity flopped onto the bed as well, unconsciously snuggling up to Arashi. Me too, she smiled.
That's nice. You seem like a great mother. Giovanna watched Ashili take a drink of her tea. Not many parents care much for their children's happiness these days. It's quite sad. She smiled briefly before shaking her head slightly. No thanks, I must decline the tea. I'm not thirsty. Thank you very much for offering though.

Arashi giggled softly, wrapping her arms around Charity as they began watching the movie. She swayed slightly on the deep magenta plush quilts, moving her foot up one leg to push the sock down, soon doing that with the other foot, too.
Arigatou, Ashili said with a smile to Giovanna. You're very kind to me. I care very much about my children, they are so important to me, I adore them with all of my heart, she said. And if you decide you want something, don't hesistate to let me know... she said, pulling a box of chocolates from a box under the small table beside the chairs.

Charity looked to Arashi and tilted her head. Should I take my shoes off, or should I keep them on? she blushed, hoping they hadn't or wouldn't ruin the other girl's bed.
Ah, I will. Thanks for the numerous offers. Giovanna leaned her head against the back of the chair. So, about what time do you wish me to leave the room? she laughed softly. And, as I'm sort of paranoid in new places, do I need to worry about anyone going into the room in which I'm staying during the night?

You can go ahead and take them off, Arashi said smiling, nudging one with her own foot. She giggled softly, turning her attention back to the movie.
Don't worry about it, Ashili said. Nobody will bother you during the night, I won't allow it. And you can leave when you feel tired, or want to be alone. The room should be pretty comfortable, but if not, I will adjust it to your likings.

Charity sat up, pulling her boots off and tossing them onto the floor, before quickly flopping back down next to Arashi to watch the movie.
Like I've said, you're too kind. Giovanna nodded. Ahem, so anyways, how about you tell me some about yourself? I'm very interested to know.

Arashi stretched after the movie was over, sitting up and looking to Charity. So what do you want to do now? she said with a giggle. There's not a whole lot to do here, especially at night, she said, looking around her room. Buuuut, there's games and movies and stuff? she offered.
Tell you about myself? Ashili asked, eating a chocolate covered cherry. Well, I was born to a demi-god and a banished angel quite a long time ago. I am full Japanese, and I was born and raised in quite a different realm from Earth. I am twenty three non-mortal years of age at the present time, and very, very old otherwise. I have very many children and very many lovers, she said with a nod. I came to Earth with my father, before he and my mother split up for good. I have overcome many hardships, in my earlier years, that I feel have made me stronger. There's nothing too interesting about my life, she added with a laugh.
