"Sure." she nodded "What are those three doing?"
Asuka looked back to where Kayako went to get Rain. Those two really needed to hurry....and as for the other pilot, she wasn't even sure he was alive.

"I don't know, if they get moving we going to have to leave without them!" Medri then started to tell Asuka about the many MAny buttons all over the place. THe movement controls where almost the same with a few little tricks on them. Jenny was very defence build LFO with alot of jamming and smoke screens add ons. He then handed her a small ear piece like a hearing aid. "Trust me you will want this."

Rain groaned. "AUGH!! Why do I always get shafted with waking the kid up?" she complained. "What am I? His mother? His nanny?!"
((Ok, just kidding. I just really wanted to do that. xp Here's the real one...))
Hurry... the faint voice called again.
Obeying it, Rain began to walk back to the campsite along side Kayako. She began to wonder who it was that spoke to her. She turned towards Kayako to ask her about it.
"I heard someone calling for me..." she said. "Was that you?"
((I don't want to chance it, just say it was you. razz Leave Rain pondering and in confusion! xd ))

“What are you doing now?” Artisen asked as he stepped into the room. Xellien sat at a table, and keeping tradition, with his laptop. A small smirk crossed Artisen’s lips, finally finding something predictable about the man.
“I’m about to initiate a program. I don’t know what those idiots were thinking… over fifty men and women died at the science facility.” Xellien gritted his teeth while seething his words through. Artisen on the other hand was coughing, having been drinking a cup of water when he said so.
“Fifty??? How?” he demanded to know.
“A residue of a special metallic substance was injected into the air. It hardly blocked the radar, as it is presumed that was the intention. The point is, this metal is supposed to block radar detections. Although when it is in a solid form, it does a very fine job of doing that, but in a dust form… It’s extremely toxic and dangerous. One breath will leave a man hanging over the edge of death.” Violently Xellien raised his fist and slammed the table. The very action almost caused Artisen to drop his cup in surprise. He had never seen Xellien this angered before.
“What’s wrong?” his lips stuttered to form.
“Idiots… everything… They don’t get what I’m trying to achieve here. Do they think the whole point was to kill more innocent lives? I’ll punish them for it… the both of them.” Xellien was violently spitting the words through his mouth.
“You’re confusing me.” Artisen was hesitant to announce.
“Let me show you exactly what I mean.” He glared at his computer while typing in a few commands. Suddenly there was a loud hum at the back of the ship. Artisen rushed through the doors to see what it was. It was the machine that Xellien had told him about, the Inverse Communication System. The one device to control them all.
---
Close to where the others were, such as Kayako, Gray, and the others, was the small data device. It started to beep loudly and non stop. During all this, a small pain started to build in both Kayako’s and Gray’s stomachs. The pain burned against their skin, like some one had inserted a hot metal bar right down their stomachs.
((Wooo for pain.))

(((Shenok and Svener...I AM GONNA KEEEEEL YOU BOTH!!! *knives->boys*)))
"OW! Damnit, he's up to something again!!"
Kayako left Rain to go wake up the boy and ran over to Senturi. Most likely, Gray was already awake anyways, unless his mole attitude somehow sheilded him from pain now. The only good thing about all of this was, after this whole charade had started, Kayako had learned to ignore whatever pain that b*****d Xellien threw at her, knowing it was just some plan. And the one thing she hated was knowing he thought he could get to her.
Climbing in the cockpit, she turned on the commlinks and the speakers so everyone could hear her.
"Listen up!! We're going, and we're going NOW. Gray, get you a** up and fly or I swear I will drag Mercury by his feet! Rain, make sure he's up and get into Eden. We'll talk about the voices later. I want everyone in the sky in ten minutes, you hear me??"
Not ironically, Kayako wasn't in the best of moods. Didn't she say it a million times? Xellien was just going to hurt them in the end. And even so, they tried to do what he wanted. They even let a skilled hacker do his best work on it! But no, he was a cold-hearted b*****d that liked to play games with them all. This was the LAST time he was being trusted. For all she cared, she could live with a drive in her chest, just as long as the man controlling it was dead and rotting.
The purple-haired girl practically threw her hands at the controlls, letting Senturi lock her in. All the better, since she was damn close to cutting her own chest open and digging that monstrosity out even if it killed her.
"Asuka, your piloting Medri's mech, right? I want you to take the back postion so he can get in better range of the enemy KLFs. And don't worry, we'll cover you."
"Right."

((Kill Svener! I could have said something about his little twist, that power does not do that. OOO WELL)) Medri was shocked at how fast Asuka learnt the controls, but this was not really the time to praise her for that. He crawled over the back seat into his little hacking module . "Asuka, I have not done this before so doing try any crazy maneuvers." If this worked then the LFO would be able to dodge incoming-fire making him not totally venerable when hacking.

"I got it. Don't worry...they won't hit me." That might've been the first time Asuka ever looked at him with something so close to a smile. Still, everything seemed so bittersweet at the moment, thought only a few choice people knew why..."Kayako, is something wrong?"
"Oh no more than usual..." the other girl growled over the speakers "That b*****d Xellien is just trying to KILL me, that's all....Now if everyone's through...we need to take off. Rain and Gray, your in the center. I'll take the front to keep you all out of range of my chains..."
Why she was acting like a squad leader, no one would ever know. Perhalps it was all the training Kayako was put through in her pre-escape days. Or maybe, more likely, she was just trying so hard to ignore her own body that it forced her to pay attention and stay busy.

Medri took a double shot when Asuka 'almost smiled'. Then there was a Third voice in the cockpit! So you finally found someone to try your plain on, medri you sure She can do this! "O Asuka by the way I integrated a speaker system into Jenny so she can talk, and this is NOT THE TIME JENNY! I trust her that be should enough!"

"Oh...okay, got it."
Asuka nodded, a little unsure but alright. A green wave of trapar whizzed by everyone; Kayako had taken off. Apparently, the girl was still doing her best to keep moving. Stopping would mean her nerves would regain their senses....she could end up dead if that happened.
Once the purple-haired leader saw Gray's image appear on her screen, she started yelling orders again in an attempt to clear her head and somehow detach it's thoughts from her body. Right now, it was all about self-preservation.
"I want everyone in the sky, NOW! We take off to the east, then change direction. Medri, I want you in their radar's as fast as your little hands can move. If you can, I need you to create some interference in their commlinks as well so Dewey can't tell them our location...."
Asuka immediatly nodded as she heard this. Maneuvering the controls for the first time, she quickly figured out how to get Jenny in the air. Once Kayako was a little ways off, she took to the skys as well, following after Senturi.
"Ok. The other two are taking off soon..."
"Alright. Medri, get to work! We need a place to head to!"
thump
The violet-haired pilot calmed slightly, and in that moment let her head bow a little. Slowely, a drop of liquid landed on the dashboard underneath her. Tears.....her stupid body still felt pain even though her mind was too numb to recognize it. But this was NOT the time for sentimental moments. They were still fighting, drives or no drives, pain or no pain. It didn't matter anymore. Only one thing ever mattered....
Stay alive.....

((Sorry I didn't say anything til now. I was doing stuff.))
Rain had awoken Gray and all that and was now inside the cockpit of Eden. She moved the controls in their respective ways and took off, following behind Kayako and Senturi. And for out intents and purposes, we shall say Gray was right with them.
Rain was pondering things in her mind as they sped away from their previous position. One was that voice that sounded in her head. She thought at first that it must have been Kayako, but she was not too sure. But the one thing that dominated her thoughts right now was the well-being of Kayako. She could tell something was wrong with her, she saw hints of it just before they took off. She wanted to inquire what was happening, but she felt it best not to ask at the moment. She would wait until it was the right time to find out.

(This ran long. In short Asuka's LFO is on it's way to be fixed)
A strong wind blew out of the north. It ran the crevasses of the scub around Del Cielo and fed the many streams of trapar flowing in the sky. On countless days this flow of energy and air was the delight of many in the area. It pulled in daredevil ref boarders and lifting champions from all around the world. Today however it was getting on Tolly's nerves.
"What do you mean no signal. Try them again. Damn wave interference is always doing this. Listen, muffle the FM signal in the communication barrier and increase the pulse tones strength. Set the tone for a short range length to keep off 57-B's reception."
"I already tried that. It's not a reception problem. They just aren't responding for some reason."
Tolly looked down at his comm specialist. His eyes were hard and dark. There was no sense in it but Tolly knew something was wrong. Cainon was never late. He had known the man for over 10 years and never had he seen him late with a delivery. His friend had contacted him earlier that day with some kind of emergency repair job. Cainon had told him to clear a hanger for him to work and the task would be finished soon. Now the man was two hours late and it had the facilities owner worried. Cainon was one of the best. He wouldn't just disappear when there was work to do.
"Keep the channel open and keep trying to contact." Tolly said again. "If he calls in let me know right away."
"Yes Mr Marcius." the man said and averted his eyes from his boss. A sense of fear seemed to linger in the room. Tolly wasn't blind enough to miss it and he cursed himself once more. Walking out of the room he let out a long sigh and started heading towards his lab.
In earlier days he would have headed to his living area in the facility and talked to his wife Lilly. She always had an answer for things like this. He missed her dearly and the urge to see her was always in the back of his mind. Fate, it seemed, had taken her away. It had been much the same feeling when Topher left.
Tolly stopped in the hallway again. He missed his son. It hurt more to think of him every day. Moving forward again he continued to his lab and took up the soldiering gun he had been using earlier. Work was an easy escape. It let his mind stay busy and troubled thoughts at bay.
------------------------
On a run down trail Cainon could be found. He wasn't hurt and he wasn't happy. On his way back to M.A.T. labs his cargo had brought down the wrath of god and now there he stood with a whole squad of UF Terminus' surrounding him and his beat up old flat bed semi.
""I'm tellin' yeah I'm takin' it to be repaired. Can't you give an old man a brake. Haulin' LFO's around is what I do."
The soldiers just weren't buying it. "We're going to have to see your papers sir." said the uptight corporal. "The owner of the vessel is in question. You say it's legitimate and we believe you, but without proper documentation on this vessel we can not allow it into Del Cielo proper. All traffic in the area is under strict supervision and no un-"
"Look ah don't give a rats a**," Cainon interrupted. "You can take your documentation and shove it. I'm an honest man trying to do an honest days work. You think you can just ride around in your flashy new model mech and waves badges around? Who the hell you think keeps your shiny toys in the air. It sure ain't you fly boys. It's men like us, sweatin to fix the stuff you snot nosed kids tear up. Now I got a rich fly boy's toy here and his daddy don't need to find out that it's busted. You think calling his papa is gonna save the world or bring down the damn Voderak of something.. Well then yer as stupid as you look."
The soldier grimaced and fidgeted a little, "Sir the papers are to protect-"
"Ah ain't got no papers sonny. And neither do over half the ships in the air right now. Carrying titles in the vehicles is about as smart as duct taping your wallet to yer forehead. It's just beggin to have your stuff stolen. How about you smart guy. You carrying the title to your Terminus in the glove compartment? No! I didn't think so. "Neither was this kid. He just wants me to fix it up so that daddy doesn't know what happen. It's business. Pure and simple."
The two continued to much longer. With the level of tension in the Cielo's area and the Voderak insurgence at an all time high. It was no wonder military scouts were harder to get past. Eventually Cainon started to grow tired.
"Listen kid. How about if you just give me a fine for this and let me be. You just let me know the cost and I'll figure it into my repair bill. No muss, no fuss. I understand keeping the system happy. And ah ain't no crook. You just let me know what we need to do. what-ya say?" The old codger stroked his bead and flashed a toothy smile at the soldier.
"Oh for pete's sake, fine. Whatever. I'm tired of debating this with you gramps." The soldier filled out a citation and collected Cainon's id and retina scan for a background check. When it came back clean they filled out more papers and made several calls.
Cainon figured the arguing was more fun. This was why the damn UF was never catching the bad guys. They were always either shooting the good guys or boring them to death with questionares. When the ordeal was finally done the sun was lazily floating on the edge of view. It cast a blazing red hue over the horizon. And seemed ready to slip over the edge into night. The nearly full moon was already out and smiling down on them from her perch.
"So I sign here and the hoopla's over?" Cainon asked irritated.
"That's about the gist of it old timer." the soldier snapped.
With a quick jot the deal was done and the UF squad backed away from the flat bed semi. Cainon hoped in quickly and let the engine spurt and chug itself to life. "The diesel ones were slow to get going, but good on the long hauls" the man though. With in minutes he pulled out and was on his way towards the city ruins proper.
He knew Tolly would be worried. Hell the man was losing friends and family left and right. Everyone had heard about Topher and they felt bad about Lilly. Even the Voderak seemed to be giving him some space because of it. He pulled out his personal comm unit from under the console and contacted M.A.T. labs.
"No since worrying the already worried," he said.

"Medri......We need a location. Where is Silence..?"
Kayako's voice was strained, but she chose to hide what was really happening. She wasn't going to die here.....the others didn't need to know. Gray already knew what was happening to her and him both, obviously. And since he said nothing, she would too. On the other hand, she turned her attention to all her systems and radar....mechanical things to distance her focus from herself and everything wrong with her body.
Beepbeepbeepbeep....
"DAMNIT!!! Guys, they aren't far off. We need to go...NOW!!!!!"
It hurts.....
SHUT UP!!!!
She didn't want to feel it, or anything anymore. She was shaking herself side to side trying to make it stop, but nothing worked. She could focus for now, but what about when they landed? She could go insane trying to make the pain go away. And honestly, that inner demon wasn't too far from the surface at this point. And what about Gray? Couldn't he feel what she felt right now too? Why wouldn't he say anything, if he cared about her? Maybe he really didn't, that was why.......
'Senturi....please, do it now, before I hurt someone!!'
Her LFO was probably the only one that could maker her forget her body right now, and only for one purpose.....In the cockpit, Kayako's eyes became red just as they had before when Asuka first arrived one the scene. It was a sign that she and her LFO were sharing the same conciousness, and the same thoughts. Her expression became almost blank, though still showed concern and sadness; she was letting her mind meld with Senturi's for now. At least then, she could forget her body and focus on what she really had to do; keep herself and her friends alive.
No stupid plan of Xellien's was stopping her from doing that....

((Sorry for lack of posting, I had my 18th yesterday)) "Working on it!" Medri fingers where movinf at blurr on the indside of his hacking unit, Then the last link of code clicked in. "Asuka get in there Radar range now! I have an auto program online that will jam there com systems and scew with there radar, but we need to get closer!" He then opened up a com link with Kayako. "when I get in range I will jam there com sysmtems and there radar will go down to a minimal. The bugg will only stay active for 15 minutes after."

((Oh, dear. neutral I think Sho really needs to get his tushie in here about now...))
Rain couldn't help but look over at Senturi. She was still worrying about Kayako, certain that something was really getting to her. Shaking her head, she went back to concentrating on flying. "I can't get distracted..." she said to herself. "I'm sure she's fine," she added, but not entirely certain at all.

((correcta-mundo! and here he is!)) "-KHHK!" what the heck is xellien playing at-! What IS this-?! Gray's body went rigid, pain searing through him. Several discriptions of xellien came to mind, none of them apropriate to ever be repeated. the pian intensified. Gray masked it, as he had become skilled at, but just because his scream was silent did not mean that he wasn't screaming... AHHHHH! Gray bit his lip untill blood flowed... Worse, The feelings streaming in alongside the angony told him the guilt-inducing truth. Kayako. Even after all this....it was still his fault. He'd doomed her, brought her down to the inferno with him... All. His. Fualt... Struggling to breathe and taking on a ashen shade, Gray's eyes burned with anger and malice, guilt and dispair... In a jarring, restricted motion, Gray jammed his hand on the empty Compac drive slot, reaching for Mercury. As before...help me...Mercury, lend me the power...! I need it, once more, like then.... Gray's other hand grew tighter around the joystick/steering mechanism, Keeping mercury stable. With difficulty, Gray tapped the comlink button. "Kaya...Kayako...I...I'm sorry-My fualt, my problem....and..." Gray closed his eyes and kept his hand on the compac drive's socket. "...I'll take this all-!" ((stand by, this is the power that let Gray get away from Triga; despite a powerfull signal tower.... When the driver's powers overflow, and mercury is filled with it....))
