Koichi looked up from what he was doing for a brief second, watching her. He lowered his gaze immediately though, smiling to himself; she seemed to be enjoying this. His side of the castle didn't look all too good, but it did have it's tower, windows and a few roofs. He looked around, though, spotting some seaweed near the shore, and an intact seashell. After a moment, they zoomed carefully over to him, to which he offered the seashell to Kana, and put the seaweed at the bottom of the tower, curling it's way up; it was a bad imitation vine.

Kana continued leaning forward in focus, but her ears perked and she turned in time to see the shell and seaweed making their way towards them. Her eyes widened in surprise again and she stared at Koichi a moment before happily accepting the seashell, though she didn't really know what to do with it. Holding it carefully in her hand, she let her eyes sweep along her portion of the castle. She'd finished carving out pretty much all that was needed so she was now searching for a place to set the shell. She finally found a spot, near the top of a tower towards the center, and pressed the shell gently into the sand there, careful not to make anything collapse.

Koichi smiled faintly, seeing her looking for a place to put the seashell. He leaned back, though, to look at his side of the castle. "I'm bad at this," he said rather bluntly, laughing. "I should get better at making castles," he confessed. He leaned onto his hands and knees and started crawling to her side of the castle, to admire her side. "You say it's the first time you've been here, but you're good at castle making," he teased, chuckling.

Kana smiled and scooted back to admire her work, glancing at him as he approached. "I made one when I was two or three," she admitted with a laugh. "But I don't even remember what it looked like. My dad helped with most of it, and my mom did too." She grinned happily at the memory, her eyes flicking back to the bag that contained her locket for just a moment. Then she shook her head and crawled around to his side. "This isn't bad!" she exclaimed, after a moment taken to look it over.

Koichi laughed. "No, trust me, it's horrible," he said, hearing her defending his side of the castle. "So, you have been to the beach before," he said slyly, smirking at her. "Why didn't ya say so earlier?" he laughed. Stop wasting time and hurry up already! The more time you waste, the less time you have to get Sky! the voice yelled at him, ear splitting if it could actually be heard. He wondered, though, if there was anyone else in her family; he, himself, was an only child, so he wondered if she was as well.

Kana blinked, tilting her head. "Well, is it worth saying?" she asked. "It's been so long, most of the memory's kinda fuzzy." She paused, trying to recall it and found that it was, in fact, fuzzy, so she nodded her head to confirm her words. "You've been to the beach before though, right?" she asked excitedly. "So you must have seen all kinds of wonderful sand castles! My mom told me, sometimes people will shape them into objects, instead of a castle. Like... a turtle!" She grinned happily to herself, tail moving swiftly side to side behind her.

Koichi smiled at her, hearing her sudden excitment. "Yes, indeed some people do that, but I haven't seen one myself..." he sighed, patting his hands together, trying to remove the sand stuck there. "I have seen it in snow, though," he added, remembring he saw one on Sky's neighbors lawn once; if he remembered correctly, it was a replica of the eiffle tower from the peoples house. That was the time, though, when she... he couldn't even think about it now, since what happened.

Kana's eyes widened in awe. "Snow?" she cried. "I haven't seen snow in forever! I only remember it snowing once back home! But it was so much fun." She continued smiling in an almost blissful happiness. "Have you ever had a snowball fight?" she rambled. "Me and mom had one then!" She began looking around, finally stopping as she stared at the sky. She suddenly wanted it to snow very badly, though she knew it wasn't possible in the summer. She considered a sand ball, but it wouldn't stay together and it would also get in people's eyes. She didn't want to hurt anyone. But she fell into thought, also wondering if it snowed here ever.

Koichi smiled to himself, watching her; she seemed to love her past memories so much, seeing as, he guessed, most of those things didn't happen as much anymore. "Indeed, I have had my share of snowball fights," he sighed. Nows the chance; go for it. GO GO GO the voice chanted. Indeed, he did take the chance to the first crest of his mission of waves; it was the beginning of stage two. While she was concentrating, he moved over next to her and just watched her for a few moments before grabbing her shoulders gently and pulling her close, intending to kiss her.

Kana was so focused upon her thoughts, she didn't realize he'd moved closer. Her ear twitched automatically as they heard him approach, but she didnt raise her head or take notice until he'd touched her. She jumped slightly as she felt him grab her and stared at him, seeing he was moving closer. She was too surprised to react, much less pull away. So, soon their lips met, but her eyes remained wide in shock before suddenly snapping tightly closed. Her ears flattened back, tail curling around her waist as a suddenly flurry of thoughts darted around her head.

After a few more posts, i might get off for a little to color somethings for an Artshop i wanna open xDDD profits go to windy for her guild, but she doesn't know that yet xP it's more bribry so she owes me ninja w.o things like that, there'd be no koichixskylar or skylarxkai xD]]
The voice in his head seemed to smirk in it's imaginary body, laughing histerically at the action. If she didn't trust you yet, you're so going to get it... and there goes the plan for Sky... we'll have to find someone else, if that's the case, he mocked. Koichi didn't let her go, but was waiting to see if she'd push him back. So, he left his hands on her shoulder, gripping them gently, his eyes shut as he waited for something-anything- even if it was Kana pushing him back in disgust. He knew she disliked him and was fretting a little while ago, but he wondered if the time he spent with her was enough just yet.

Kana realized after a moment he wasn't pulling back, and that he was even still holding her shoulders. In a small panic, she suddenly reached out with both hands, setting them on his chest and pushing softly. She didn't want to shove him away and she didn't want to hurt his feelings, but she'd recently been kissed by someone and hadn't seen them since. What if he was going to do that? Just kiss her and then leave again? She also recalled the last time this had happened, someone had seen and she'd greatly hurt him because of it. She didn't want to risk that again. She barely knew Koichi at all, and it was the same as with Seth. She didn't want to repeat that again.

Koichi bit his lip slightly as he felt himself being pushed away from her; so it was a failiure? He opened his eyes slowly and looked at the seemingly terrified girl in front of her. "Sorry, Kitty," he said in a soft voice, "it's just..." he started, trying to 'explain' although even if he had explained something, it wouldn't be the truth about the mission, it'd just be a small lie that wouldn't phase him in the least. "If you could... I'd like to ask for your forgivness," he said softly again, looking down at the sand rather than at her; he wondered how she was feeling right now, and he wanted to smirk and laugh, but kept his face straight and full of 'sorrow'.

Kana stared at him, her eyes wide. Seeing him, she suddenly felt extremely guilty, and she bowed her head as well. "I-I'm sorry..." she said faintly, her ears drooping. "I..." She couldn't think of what to say. She didn't really want to explain to him what had happened, but she was feeling horrible. She'd pushed him! She bit her lip, tail still around her waist. "I-I forgive you..." she said softly, thinking to herself she was the one who'd done something wrong.

Koichi looked up at her, knowing she was starting to feel guilty; how far would all this go? "Thank you, Kitty," he said, putting his hand on her head and leaning his head down slightly, so he could see the top part of her eyes. "Come now, I hope you don't feel guilty... after all, I was the one that forced myself onto you. You didn't want me, so you pushed me away; it's nothing to be ashamed of," he said matter-of-factly. You're taking this quite well... she's the first to ever reject you, the voice said through gaps of laughter.
