Yoder would be a space ninja(although often mistaken for a mental case) and the protagonist would just dismiss him as a true enemy. But then the hero would defeat him and take either his weapon or his kitty. "... Paper, rock, and scissor, they all have their pros and cons"

The initiate magician who attempted a maste-class spell before he was ready. He tried to transfrom into a fox, but just ended up with ears and a tail. His punishment is that he must stay like tht until he reaches the rank of master and can undo it himself.

The one who, as the game progresses, finds it increasingly difficult to think. His mind finally gives out during the final boss battle. You all turn to him and beg him to come up with another one of his brilliant plans, and he collapses to the ground, sobbing and babbling about the unplucked chicken who's been eating all of his flower bulbs...o_O

The underwear model. You find him at the beginning of the game, practicing his "sexy poses". You attempt to gather some important information, but he's too absorbed in his own image to pay you any mind. You leave in a huff, and don't see him again until later when you walk into a bar. He's drunk as a lord, rambling on about some hot chick named Amairis who stole his fame just because she had better legs. You choose to ignore him, and eventually he drinks enough to send him toppling off his barstool into a drooling pile on the ground.
