I got bored, so I thought I would take some pics with my new webcam.  My Epiphone and my Fender.   Fender FTW.  'Tis sleeping now. ^^; See, I really was bored. sweatdrop

AshWufei I wish I could get a molded case for my tele. . . I only went out an bought that the other day. When I bought my strat, all I had was a soft case for it. eek

I didnt get anything (obviously - bought it second-hand), but I did go out and get a universal hardcase for it. . . Glad I got that too, because on the way home from jazz practice today i had my friend's backpack and trombone laying ontop of it. . .

But I have my les paul case from my vintage, which fits quite snugly.

But I have my les paul case from my vintage, which fits quite snugly.As far as I'm concerned, soft cases aren't enough. I think if you are going anhwhere with your guitar, you pretty much need a hard case, especially if it an expensive guitar.

I agree with that thought for the most part, but for me It'd be really nice to have a soft case for my Tele (or Strat, depending on how i feel that day), preferably with backstraps on it, for taking my guitar to school. It's way too much of a hassle to have to take my gigantic universal case, along with whatever books I may need.

Oddly enough, I actually prefer to take my hard case whenever I take my gutiar to school, for two reasons. Firstly, because people at my school are dickheads, I know my guitar needs alot of protection, which I don't feel soft cases can offer. Secondly, you just look plain cooler going in with a hard case. xd Hard cases carry the connotation that you are a serious player, most likely because you are willing to spend a fair bit of dough on a case for it.
