*She whimpers, picking up one of her kits she heads for the tall grass, then follows with the second, scared*

The demon disappeared for a moment before reapearing in front of the frightened fox, as she held her young in her mouth, kneeling down in front of her and smiling softly. "I know you...."

She looked up at him shivering. I don't remember...

"That's because you've never seen me.....I was there, in the shadows, watching you give birth in that cave....Your mate was there as well, comforting you.....I remember it clearly."

*she whimpers* He left...us to fend for ourselves....

"....How could he leave you and your children? When did this happen?" His tail twitched as he stared into her eyes.

*She whimpered, her ears drooped and she looked down, pawing at the sand*After they were born, I was almost dead ...Reko saved us...brought us food...

I was...scared you were going to fight...so I was moving them. *She placed the kit in her mouth in Reko's lap and trotted off to get the other one*
