"Yeah, what is up with that anyway?" Nitro asked, hoping the psychic would know of all Pokemon. "I thought Mike really liked her."
Mike looked over at Portabello pummeling the crap out of Violet's Blaziken. "Wow, he's really going all out. Thank Groundon that it hasn't used fire attacks yet or he'd be toast." He chuckled a bit, popping a bit of cotton candy in his mouth.

Ryka laughed at Jaeshan's attempts to get her away. When he finally awoke, she grabbed his hand and dragged him throught the door. She was very excited to go to this festival, especially since she was going with someone. When they got outside, Ryka looked around, amazed.
There were beautiful pink cherry trees everywhere, their blossoms blowing the the gentle breeze. Booths were set up all around the small town, with many people wandering here and there. Ryka looked a Jaeshan and smiled.

"Maybe it's because he's a flirt?" Karri said with a small laugh. Humans. "You're Mike's Pokemon. Why don't you just ask him?"
Mitsu ate a bit of the candy herself. The sugar melting as soon as it hit her tounge. "He's really competitive isn't he?" Mitsu said watching the Breloom jab and punch his opponent.

"Yeah, that would be a wonderful idea," Nitro said brightly. "Save for one little detail, I can't talk human!" He let out a sigh, language barriers are never convinient.
"I'd like to think that he's letting off some stress because all we've been facing Flying types since Brawly's gym." Mike said as he snuck another bite of cotton candy.

"Ah, and you don't have Psychic's on the team either," Karri said. "I'd ask, but don't you think that would be kind of akward? Maybe I can be a translator?"
"Ah, that would be rather frustrating." Mitsu commented. "Oh and then Flannery's gym is Fire type. Poor Portabello. Maybe he can train with Ivy later or something." Mitsu suggested.

Nitro scrunched his face, uncertain of what to do. "I don't know, Mike can be very secretive. Last time he caught me prodding into his things he got so mad." He shuddered, which was quite silly, seeing as he could bend Mike in two now.
Mike wasn't sure if Mitsu was asking a harmless question or scoring a low blow. "Yeah, but imagine how fun Norman's gym will be." A devious smirk slipped out, but he buried it with some more candy.

Karri sighed. "I suspose so. Humans are so akward." She said finishing the last bit for the cotton candy.
"Yeah, that part is true. He'll love it. By the time we get there he could probably wipe out the enitre gym and the leader by himself!" Mitsu chuckled. The fluffy cotton candy was dwindling fast and only a little was left.
She fed Selene the last bit of the chocolate ice cream and returned her into a Pokeball. The small fish was tired from the days activities despite the ice cream she had just eaten.

The Charizard nodded at Karri's comment. "You got a point there."
Mike glanced over at Mitsu, taking a quick look and turning away. He wished he could preserve that smile on her face forever. "You're cute when you smile you know that?" He commented.

"So what's flying like?" Karri asked looking at his large wings.
Again Mitsu blushed. "No, I wasn't aware of that," she said, "but thank you." She paused for a moment, working up enough courage. She turned and kissed him on the cheek.

Mike froze, his face letting off enough heat to melt snow. "That was..." He searched for the words but came up blank. His face flushed red and his heart raced. "...very nice of you."
Nitro's jaw dropped. "At least we know the answer to one question."

Mitsu drew back, blushing a bit as well. She remained silent but she wore a small smile on her face.
Karri stood there as if she were frozen in time. "Did I. Was that. What just happned. Mitsu?" she studdered not being able to make out one complete sentence.

Violet watched the whole exchange between Mike and Mitsu smilling to herself the whole time. "Awww arn't you two cute." She said more to herself.
Fluffy was starting to get very tired from taking all the beating. He knew he wouldnt last much longer, if only he could use his fire technique's then this would be a lot easier. Deciding to do one last thing befor he called it quits he bent down adn ran head first into a nearby cherry tree hitting both Portabello and himself and making most of the flower petals fall to the ground.
Meowth who had been watching the whole match winced slighlty at the loud thud as they both hit the tree. That had to hurt.

Portabello struggled to his feet, wobbling back and forth. "I am fine, I just feel like I have no head" He stammered with his words visably dizzy. He went to punch the now triplet Blaziken but just spun around with the weight of his swing.
"Mike. are you. Did she. You going to. What?" Nitro also failed at making a coherent sentance.
Mike looked down a bit and pulled his hat over his face, hiding behind his hair. Well this does complicate things now doesn't it?

Karri was the first to pu the pieces together, but still not quite believeing what had just happened. She looked at Mike then back to Mitsu. "Um, Nitro did that really happen? "
Mitsu looked away a bit hoping that she hadn't embarrassed him. The pink still in her cheeks.
