If you only have it once in awhile it's not a heart-attack on a plate. Like me, I only had it once when I was.... 5 or 6-ish. I remember it being so good though and wanting more.

That's when you gotta start working out like me so you don't get that heart attack. I work out a bit, but I really couldn't care less if I get a heart attack and die later. I love food. I'll be the first one to tell you that. I'm not going to sit there and starve myself or stay away from certain foods I like just so I could live longer. If anything, it's more years of not being able to eat what I want, which is kind of like a very low form of torture. xd

Like the say, why prolong your way to the grave, show up in a healthy and well taken care of body just to get a new one, when you can get there soon sliding in side ways with chocolate in one hand and a big mac in the other saying "Wooohooo!!! What a ride!"

I eat to much sugar and startch. I don't really like much meat or vegetables so that leaves me with bready things which just on't go well along with a slow thyroid and metabolism. I'm most own worst enemy in ways that I both can and can't help. rolleyes

I think I eat just about everything. I eat a lot of meat, tons of fruit, I love bread, and I like a few vegetables.

fruit, bread, and deli are my favorites. But that =s sugar, startch/carbs, and cholesteral. crying I like some vegetables but I usually don't like them cooked, just raw. And the only meat I really eat is ground beef.

*shudder* I hate carrots, my mom ruined them for me by forceing them on me for as long as she had the ability (till about early 7th grade).
Same reason I can't wear cordoroy or tutlenecks to this day.
