ok and were do i make the 3 rps
since this is the only place i can see to make one

Velar awoke next to a tree. It was about noon the next day. It seemed the new genin was already out training trying to learn the explosion fist. It was a powerful jutsu and Velar knew that. He might have to fight this genin in the next exams. He should keep an eye on him. Velar tried to remember what he was going to learn next but his mind kept drawing blanks. He walked through the village again. The amount of blood wasn't as bad to him as it was when he came. He realized that the village was perfectly defended. They had their main element every where in the village.

He had to find his master. He was the strongest ninja in the village and said that he would teach him the strongest jutsu's. Velar looked to the sky. It was a beautiful day. Maybe I could take my time trying to find my master; it is a nice day out. Nicest I've seen in a long time. Velar continued to walk at a leisurely pace. He did want to learn but it was sooooo nice out, he didn't really care. He saw birds flying and little children cutting them selves to learn. It was a tad disturbing but it made him proud to have children to learn so young to be great.

Velar kept walking as the children practiced. He wandered around and stopped at a restaurant. He ordered a booth and took a seat. He ordered fried chicken with mash potatoes and gravy. This should be good. I hope that I find my sensei soon so I can move to the next village and learn. And by the time I'm ready to finish in the next village it should be time for the chunnin exams again. I must win, but I will have strong opponents. I will do the test and complete it first. Then I will worry about the other genin. But I heard this year one of them is Kage level. I hope I don't have to fight him. Though I probably will.

Velar's food arrived and he lovingly bit into it. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were even better but, the gravy was exceptional. On his way out, Velar asked the waiter what was in the gravy. "Blood of course, but not just any blood, it was the finest and richest in the land. I hope you like it enough to come back for more." Velar felt like gagging. He could understand cutting your self for a jutsu but eating another’s blood as a topping.....It was disgusting. He would never eat that gravy ever again. He left in disgust at the place for not telling him before he ate.

As Velar walked out he heard a commotion from the docks. He yearned and walked up to a family that was leaving the boat from the hidden leaf. They looked panicked and scared. "What happened?" Asked Velar. "Orocimaru is making a full invasion of hidden leaf. There are few ninja helping the resistance but at this rate we will lose the village. That's why we fled as soon as we could. Then if it's safe, we'll return home and pick up out lives again."
The family walked away and looked for the hotel. Velar couldn't believe it. He had to get there and help.

Velar was just going to get his tricky when his sensei called him. "Velar, before you go you must learn one more jutsu so that you can put up a good fight. It is the strongest jutsu in hidden blood so hurry up over here and learn it." Velar went to his master to learn the jutsu. If it really was the strongest jutsu in the village his training would be done here any ways. "What jutsu is so great that it will stop me from going to aid hidden leaf? This jutsu better be very good or else I will have to learn it later, because Hidden Leaf needs my help very much right now. I need to help Kakashi and Naruto and every one else fight of the snake ninja." Velar didn't want to be rude and rush him but he wanted to get to hidden Leaf and fight. If he died then he would learn more jutsu’s in heaven.

"Well that is some determination, I must admit. But this jutsu will make up for time lost with its strength. It is known as the blood dragon projectile. Now it is by for the most advanced jutsu ever in the village of hidden blood. If used too much, it will spell certain death. You must be wise while using this jutsu for it will take most of your blood and chakra. Now If I’m right, it will also help you a lot in the fight ahead. Just make sure you use it as a last resort. Velar my friend, you will learn this jutsu and bring it to battle. Make Hidden Blood proud to be the originator of the jutsu that destroyed Orocimaru!!!!"

"Now this is what you must do. Make several cuts on each arm and let them bleed. If this is a last resort you will most likely already be bleeding. So you will be able to skip that step. But anyways, cut your arm and focus your chakra to your blood. This might be a little pain full be you need as much there as you can give. Same with blood, the more the better. This is why you will need more cuts. It will get the blood easier and quicker. Then do the hand seals. Picture a graceful dragon soaring to attack. This will come out of your blood and form the dragon from the blood. Then it will attack causing a lot of damage.

Velar cut him self all over his arms. He let the blood flow down his arms for several minutes. His heart started to hurt so he did blood regeneration. The blood was far down his arm when he started to focus his chakra to his blood.
It did start to hurt a little since there was so much blood to focus to, His clothes were soaked in blood and he was starting to feel nauseous when he looked down. So he did the hand seals and imagined the dragon in his mind. Then his blood started to flow up into the air above him. It made a large sphere and rolled into the shape of a dragon head. Then it extended forward revealing the body. He had done it. He fell to the ground and looked up at his creation.

Velar looked over as his master came to him. "You have done well. Now I guess you must be off to hidden leaf. So now, I will heal your wounds and let me get you to rest a bit. Then I'm sure you'll be off to Hidden leaf to fight. Now. Here take this medicine. It will heal your cuts from the inside. Then I'll give you something else to replenish your chakra. Then off to hidden leaf you go." Velar took the medicine and a quick rest and headed for the docks. Now that he had a strong move like that in his arsenal he was sure he would survive this battle.

I reposted So I'm in the village

Akuma would soon find himself under the tutelage of none other then Renamaru of the hidden blood village. "So what is kid that you needed me to teach you so badly?" Akuma looked pensive for a moment as if deciding between a great many choices. "I think I want to learn how to do that blood whip thing you do. It seemed like it would be a really useful jutsu, since if I'm going to be losing blood in battle why not use it as a weapon." the blood shinobi grinned. " I like the way you think kid, so I"ll take some time out of my busy schedule to teach it to yah," Renamaru lead him off to one of the strangely stained training areas.

"So are you ready?" Akuma nodded so Renamaru moved into the hand seals and then drew a small cut along his palm drawing forth a torrent of blood which became a liquid whip in his hand. He cracked it a couple times to assure it's stability before launching it at Akuma, the blood whip wrapped neatly around his arm imbolizing it. "See it's as simple as that, just focus, focus, focus and you'll have it down. Now you give it a try." Akuma prepared his hand seals for the jutsu. Ok I can do this, just have to focus thats all. When he finally activated the jutsu he was only able to produce a thin stream of blood which promptly lost any of it's cohesiveness just inches from his body.

Akuma looked around to find his teacher had disappeared. “Now where could he have gone?” Akuma looked around utterly puzzled. He searched high and low, but could find no sign of his teacher. He was currently looking down under some bushes when he received an unwelcome kick to his rear. “Get up kid, I don’t have all day to sit around and wait for yah.” Akuma scrambled to his feet to find himself face to face with his next teacher. None other then virgil dante stood before him. “You’re the teacher they call Dante right?” “Well duh... come get up and fight me.

Yah gotta fight if you ever hope to learn anything here.” Akuma needed no second telling, he launched himself at his teacher drawing the daggers from his wide sleeves he made a scissor slash for his abdomen. Dante skipped backwards, but not before receiving a slash in his clothing. “Hmm.. you pick up fast kid, bring it on,” Akuma proceeded to do so charging in again this time throwing one of the knives at his teacher and coming at him with the other knife in a downward slash and attempting a quick draw of one of the katanas at his hip. Akuma atack would prove fruitless as Dante turned first one way to avoid the thrown knife and then the other way to avoid the katana.

He succeeded in catching Akuma other knife with his arm receiving a slash on his arm, but gained the advantage of being able to grip Akuma's arm and being able to throw Akuma into the ground creating a crater in the ground. Akuma was not to be deterred, he had landed a hit so that was progress right? Akuma body flickered out of his small crater appearing a short distance away. He drew his second katana slipping the daggers back into his sleeves. But not before performing a set of hand seals with his free hand. “Divine Water Method- Avalanche Talon” From his own feet spread a thick film of ice that quickly covered the training field.

“Eh, your not as stupid as you seem, kid” the jounin attempted to move forward only to find that he over accelerated on the frictionless ice. “Ah, this is a nice trick, but making this field slippery isn’t going to help you win at all.” Dante was wrong though as soon as the field was covered in ice, Akuma took a sliding step forward gliding effortlessly on the ice blades held low and slack. Soon he was where he needed to be, a nice firm tree, he turned his back to it as Dante began puzzling out what he was trying to do. Akuma shot off like a rocket after pushing off the tree trunk and speeding across the ice. Dante was unprepared and failed to move out of the way quickly enough.

“Pretty good kid, pretty good.” Dante disappeared in a puff of smoke using a substitution jutsu; the wood block he replaced himself with was sliced cleanly in half. Akuma wasn’t done yet his momentum was carrying him to the other side of the training area where he promptly propelled himself toward his teacher again coming in low and fast, but this time the cut that had been opened on his arm when he first arrived here was supply blood in the palm of his hand. Akuma used his newly learned blood whip jutsu to provide a effective means of binding and hold his teacher. The whip cracked and the jounin’s arm became intertwined with the whip. The jounin’s eyes widened in shock as Akuma sped on the ice towards him.

Dante brought his hands together forming a single hand seal and suddenly the training area vanished around him as he was subjected to a powerful genjutsu. In this hellish place everything seemed to be on fire and huge monsters were cutting down everyone around him. Suddenly the monsters turned their attention to Akuma. They closed in preparing to tear the young genin limb from limb. Just as suddenly as it had come the illusion vanished and Akuma found himself standing back on the training field. He was a little disturbed to see his teacher wiping all the blood from the blood whip off his hands.” I told yah, you’d never learn unless you fought me. What you just experienced was the mark of blood, which activates when you get some of your own blood on your opponent. As long as the blood stays on them you can subject them to a powerful genjutsu like that one. Do yah understand?” Akuma gulped, but nodded none the less. “well then there you go I taught you a technique now get out of here,” Akuma proceeded to do so.
