Willow got up seeing Mizdow up and went to tag in his partner, Trent.

Mizdow didn't notice Willow tagging in his partner, he would have been slowly tried to make it to his feet, with his back turned on Willow and Trent

The tag would connect. Immediately, Trent would climb the turnbuckle while stalking Mizdow who was laying on the mat at this point. However, he was actually turned away from the two men. So instead of doing what he intended, the Archangel jumped off the turnbuckle onto the mat and watched his opponent..

Mizdow would have turned to see Trent behind the man. Of course, he should have seen it coming, but that might not matter. Trent looked to send multiple forearm strikes at the head of Mizdow, looking to bring Mizdow to the ropes.
