"ok i thin thats enogh kicks back to backfists followed up by a palm strike this tie.so zephel stopped kicking the dummy and began backfisting it along with the pen palm strikes."wonder what i'm gonna do ext after i'm done here beating chunk of wood.oh yeah i gotta see if he kage can teach how to fight sing palms.'he continued his frontal asslt on the wood.

after a while of constant strikes towards the wood zephel's hands began to ache from all the hits he was landing on the chunk of woo."ow ow ow ow".so to not lse all the feeling in his hads he began to do roundhous icks on the wood back and fourth from each leg.

zephel had noticed he was begining to slow down so zephel doubled his efforts on beating around the wood."come on i can't slow down i mst get better at this."He was starting to feel sore but would not stop, he must get stronger to reach up with his cuzin.

his legs were starting to reach there limit and thats when zephel knew that he had to cool down on kicking the wood an went back to using his fists since they were feeling better.he stoped kicking the wood and began giving stright pnche towards the wood non-stop.

"come on i can't stop now at least let me finsh these rounds."zephel dan notice ythat all of his attacks were getting weaker and slower.But he couldn't stop he had to coninue fighting even though what he was hitting wasn't even alive."i just need a little more and then i could finsh up.

"Zephy, zephy, zeeeeeeeeephy!" A loud yell came from down the training fields as a boy with crazy brown hair came running at the boy. It was Izuki, Zephel's little cousin. The younger boy was smiling like crazy, before he tripped on his own feet and fell face into the ground. It didn't phase him though, he jumped right back to his feet. "I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE!" He shouted, grabbing hold of the boy and hugging him. "You gotta meet my friends! C'mon! They're in the Bamboo forest!" The boy chirped with excitement as he bounced up and down. "This way! This way!" Izuki said, leading the way to the forest.

"ahhh ok, it'll take a load off my fists i guesss so ok."he began to follow his little cousin after he's usal little hyperactive introduction.your hyper active as ever.He followed but his legs were still aching from the kicks but he held it in though and followed his cousin to the bamboo forest.

Myobi entered the training fields quietly and with purpose. She hadn't yet mastered Kusakage's Open Palm, and she was determined to work on it. So while Sumire was busy doing other things, she was going to work on her taijutsu. And there was only one way to do that without a partner. She approached the three carvings with trepidation. The first one had its arms up in the standard blocking position to prevent attacks to the chest and head. This one shouldn't be too difficult. She started with a swift kick towards the knees. It landed without problem as she knew it would. She was actually feeling pretty good about this.

Her second attack was also aimed low. She knelt on the ground and sent two swift jabs at the dummy's thighs. The heel of her palm slammed into the wood without mercy, but the maker of the dummies had taken the abuse into account. The wood held. She was quite pleased with how well her taijutsu skills had progressed since coming to the Academy. She wasn't used to having such successes when dealing with things this physical.

Her next attack was tainted by overconfidence. She thought she could make it between the arms guarding the head. Her punch was aimed for a specific vital spot on the neck. Unfortunately, her hand glanced off the wooden arm and ricocheted away. She yelped, rubbing her wounded hand. Ah, well. For now her skill level wasn't quite advanced enough to try those kinds of things...

Myobi decided to stick with her lower attacks and sent a swift kick to the shin of the dummy. Switching her weight, she sent another kick to the other shin. Both hits landed just as she'd planned, though the impact had more effect on her foot than she'd anticipated. She was breathing a little harder now, but tried to keep breathing through her nose. Breathing through the mouth was a big mistake.
