The beast, not being able to move or to guard himself from the attacks after using up most of it's energy and magic, fell over. It was dead now, and it's body started to glow in a black light. The black light grew larger, until the beast's whole body disappeared into thin air.
Leila watched as the beast disappeared, and then fell down. A tear rolled down her face and she fell asleep.
"Leila!!" Kari ran up to her. "We did it! The beast's gone!" She looked over at Leila's face because she wasn't moving. She started to freak out, thinking Leila was dead, even though she was only sleeping from tiredness. "Leila? Leila? You're not dead, are you??? Leila!!!!"

"No, that's not it." Axel replied. "Three years ago, there was this evil magician, who created that beast. Once alive, the beast went wild, destroying cities, killing people including the creator of it, and found a place to live in this forest." He sat and looked down. "So then, mages of several guilds were sent to get rid of the beast. And I was one of them. Uhh I used to be in that guild Lamia Scale, you've probably heard of it. That's where I learned to use my light magic... Anyways, so we came to this forest, started attacking the beast, we weren't prepared very well with defense, the beast used that attack it just used, and we all died. The end. Oh, and before the attack, there were two smart mages who used their magic to seal away the beast. They were quick enough to complete the seal, but not quick enough that they could stop the attack. The end. Again." He looked up. "And it seems like those people defeated that beast." he said, while watching a dark glow flow through the sky.

Arunaga came back to the forest where they were fighting the beast, only to find the beast gone. He was amazed at the fact that they defeated it. He was sure that the beast would have used it's super powerful attack, destroyed everything, and then he could have taken the beasts body over when as it was weakened.
