Over and over, just like you do.ღ London fluttered through the pages of her notebook. She had older notes on all sorts of things in English, and found them useful from time to time. Looking up at Misaki, she smiled, "Oh, two helpers. Yay!" She said. Noticing Misaki inching closer, London scooted the notebook in the girl's direction. "You can look at these if you want, for reference; o-or correct something if I wrote something down wrong," she said, making a sweat-drop face.
ღ Looking up again, London noticed another girl walk into class. Snatching up yet another worksheet, London set it in front of the girl who sat down next to Suzume. "We're reviewing for a test," she said, smiling at the girl whom she'd never seen before. Plopping back down in her own seat, London looked down at the worksheet, spying one of the examples for prepositions. "Misaki, can you help me break this one down?" She asked, circling the sentence on her page and sliding it over for Misaki to see as she started picking everything out of the sentence underneath it.
((gtg; Misaki and the other London have permission to vaguely godmod my London; night everyone! ))I thought I could love no more. One too many times before. Now every time I look up to the sky, I've got you on my mind.

Angela.Tremaine The goblin remains and the princess will die, the right road to Faerie, is the blink of an eye...
"Yeah, apparently when you wake them up after a few thousand years by 'touching their orb'--which is no where near as suss as it sounds--they decide they need to marry you," Angela said. "For the record, mummies are also incredibly stubborn." Maybe she should ask Kasie if she wanted a new boyfriend. She was a ghost, he was a mummy. They had that whole dead thing in common. They might get on well. Oh...wait.
Tarik tended to zone out with normal amounts of talking. So when it came to Kasie's babbling, his head would explode. Oh...wait. Actually, maybe that would be useful. She should at least introduce them.
"For the record, mummies are also chauvinist pigs. And they're a little dumb. Though that could just be this one...come to think of it, don't they pull a mummy's brain out during the mummification process?" Her face lit up as if she'd just had an epiphany. "This explains so much..."
"Anyway, right, um, grammar..." She looked down at her worksheets. None of this was really too difficult. Maybe she should just review on her own.Where charming old stories, in blood are expressed, like tears of cream on a strawberry dress...

“Hands high like a roller coaster This love is taking over
Take us higher here we go Oh, oh, oh Welcome to the show”
London looked up at the girl that put the paper on her desk. She smiled and nodded."Thank you for the heads up." She flipped though it and let out a soft groan. She wasnt the best at grammer, and if this was on a test. Might as well stamp a big fat red F on it. She pulled a pencil out of her bacpack and tapped it lightly on the desk.
After a few minutes of just staring blankly at the sheet in front of her, London sighed. She didnt feel like working on her first day of school. But London wrote down quickly some of the answers to the worksheet. Even if they were wrong, they were Londons best guess.
Turning around in her seat she saw that not alot of the kids were working on the worksheet. More like talk to be specific. Hmm, maybe she wasnt the only one that was horrid at grammer. She searched mindlessly for the girl with the cute blue hair. London had forgetten to tell her, her name. Once she found she smiled."Hi there, I forget to tell you my name. I'm London."

.:l Kasie Harper l:.
”All say, ‘How hard it is that we have to die’ - A strange complaint to come
"I agree with Misaki." Kasie remarked, more worried than excited for Suzume to join in. As much fun as it'd be to have more friends around, it wasn't cool when they got hurt. "Some of the guys in our class can be huge jerks, so it's not really worth it. Plus, that class is a magnet for injuries. For example, there was this one time where this guy, Kamil, ended up being knocked out after being punched in the face by a girl. Wait, that's not a good example at all. I mean that earlier today, a friend of ours got hurt, so that really sucked." She was getting so off task here.
The distractions definitely weren't helping, especially with Angela's news. Her mouth dropped open when she heard about Angela having a mummy as a fiance. By. Accident. Whaaaat!? She was so tempted to overload the girl with questions, but she barely refrained. Though, Angela did help out by answering some of them. "Mummy? Now there's finally another dead person at this school. Awesome!" Oops. She accidentally let that slip in her excitement to meet this person in the future. Hurray for dying!
"Okay. Okay. I'm ready to learn, so let's get to this. First of all, hi, London." Kasie made a quick wave to the girl that had introduced herself before turning her attention back group since she didn't exactly want to pester the extra studious group that had just been formed. That offer London gave was tempting, but she had other smart people that needed to be pestered too! Besides, run-ons weren't as bad as that active and passive thing. "Well, the thing I really need to work on is active and passive voice. I know in problem five here, it says something about 'Your bike has been damaged.' I don't see what's wrong with it, but apparently, I need to make it active?"

▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀ ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄ "I don't get what people get so worked up. Suzume couldn't concentrate on her work at all. She wanted to keep talking about this mummy. It was very interesting and very weird. "Wow! I've never met a mummy before! Can he talk and does he wear bandages? Does he stink? Or--- Wait. I'm sorry. This is English. Let's talk about this in history, 'kay?" Okay! Back on track.
Suzume went to work on her worksheets like everyone else and then Kasie asked for help about one question. Shouldn't it be 'Your bike broke?' No that didn't sound interesting enough. "OH. Your bike died! That should be it. That's definitely active tense since being verbs always are passive like been, was, is. So you replace it with an active verb. Like died! Or what about 'Your bike failed' or 'Your bike collapsed.' What do you think Kasie? Being damaged is another way of being killed or- or injured! So 'Your bike cries.' Since it's in pain it's crying, right?" Suzume paused. "I'm over thinking this, aren't I?" If it's not any fun, then why bother?" '

Misaki Shinonome ______________________________ Misaki had been working and listening to their conversation. Both Kasie and Suzume were fascinated by the mummy story. Misaki didn't want to hear it. It was one more creature that she would have to refrain herself from trying to kill. Misaki glanced at blue hair London's paper. There was another London so she was distinguishing them by hair.
"Oh. I can help. Usually prepositions cause you to pause and if there's a noun that isn't the subject of the sentence, there's usually a preposition lurking somewhere." Misaki explained as she wrote on London's paper. "There you go."
She then glanced at the new pinkish-haired London and smiled at her. "If you need any help, I can give it a shot. It's a group effort so far." Misaki glanced at Suzume who was starting to get really excited about passive and active tenses. Well, Misaki wasn't very good at those either so she really couldn't give any input. ______________________________

Susan Chang Susan sat down in the seat next to London. Susan grabbed out her pencil case from her bag. It was filled with all different types of stationary. She grabbed out her cherry blossom pacer. She did what she had been taught by her grandfather. Look through every question individually, it took some tme, but it helped to understand.
"Do you need any help London?" Susan asked looked over at London's page. Susan had gotten fairly far into the sheet, her grandfather loved grammar, so he taught her grammar everyday.

Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Seveirn got up from his desk. He had finished his crossword puzzle. Success. Oh yeah. Class. He turned to the class and they were all hard at work--ish.
"You are free to keep studying if you like, but I shall be dismissing class now. Make sure to study during your free time. I will give five minutes to cram and then we will start the grammar test." Severin said to his class. "I am here during study halls and lunch time usually if you need my help. But right now, I have someone that I need to visit."
Severin smiled pleasantly at his class and then headed out the door.

Angela.Tremaine The goblin remains and the princess will die, the right road to Faerie, is the blink of an eye... As soon as class was dismissed, Angela quickly put away her worksheets and stood. "If anyone needs help you can come find me during free period and we can work together. I have someone I'm supposed to be meeting with during lunch, so I'll be heading out. I'll stop by the library during free period so anyone who wants to study can meet met there."
"Also, Misaki, maybe we can meet up and discuss the journalism club for a bit?" She shouldered her bag and grabbed her jacket, waving on her way out.
Right. Okay, so she was supposed to be meeting with Tarik at the library during lunch. She had no idea if he was going to show up but she figured she would at least arrive first and try to gather up some books on ancient Egypt. Maybe quickly try to glance through some and see if she could find any record of him, to prove that he'd really slept for thousands of years. And then...and then, she didn't know.
Blah. She'd think of something.
