I just want to be able to think sanely if I ever return to that form," Kaitou sighed finally glancing at Kana. "Well, I don't like him so I'll never willingly join him. He should get that through his thick skull. He'd have to somehow tame the inner beastly myself and walk me around on a short leash if he found me that interesting of a find to want to get me on his side."

"Then I'll do some research." She said meeting his glance. "Well at least your not as stupid as Mimi." She said with a smirk. Dagon rolled his eyes and left them alone. Soon after the living room was connect back into the house, in the current time.

"Okay... Thank you, Kana," Kaitou murmured as he lightly kissed her on the forehead.
"Kana? Are you and Kaitou alright? Chi-Chi and I were coming back to give you two a brownie, but there was a black void where the living room was," Nana sniffed from the doorway with Chi-Chi beside her. She'd started to get Rath to help find them, but had stopped when she'd seen him in the hallway shaking and crying.

"Your very welcome." Before hugging him. "were ok.. We could be better." Kana said glancing at Kaitou. Chi-chi ran over Kana and hugged her tight, her eyes were red from being worried about Kana and Kaitou. She then hugged Kaitou tightly.

"I'm alright, Chi. Nadoru. I don't want anymore secrets being kept from me," Kaitou said lightly as he gently patted Chi-Chi on the back.
"Secrets?" Nana asked lightly before shifting her eyes away from Kaitou's stern glare. "I'm guessing you know about your blackouts then... We're sorry, but we couldn't tell you back then because we were getting you out of your shell and then Mimi gave you a question about should Rath turn into a crazy beast, but couldn't remember it would you tell him or not and your answer made us scared to tell you the truth. Please don't get all distant pike you were back then."
"I see... Well, I'll do what I can, but I won't make any promises... Chi, did you wanna tell me about the mean beast side of me even though Rath told you not to?" he responded softly as he gently gently wrapped his long, well-toned arms around Chi-Chi.

Kana studied Nana's face as Kaitou spoke. "Chi-chi didn't understand half of what Rath explained to her." Kana replied before Chi-chi could say anything. Chi-chi nodded her head and looked up at Kaitou.

"That doesn't mean she couldn't have told me Rath and the twins were hiding something from me," Kaitou retorted quickly.
"We really are sorry, Kaitou... Unfortunately Rath's having a mental meltdown outside of his bedroom so he can't exactly apologize himself and Mimi's gone all evil side on us," Nana sighed lightly, unsure of whether or not she should try hugging him.

"It's okay, Chi. Rath can be scary, but most of it is an act. You didn't know that he's actually a softy for little kids," Kaitou purred softly as he lightly kissed Chi-Chi on the forehead.

"That's sad, Nadoru. He's your brother. I believe, Chi, that he's trying to act tough so the ladies of the house wouldn't have anything to fear. Unfortunately, he can't get rid of his own fears thus breaking down at pictures he's been trying to destroy for years yet they keep returning as if to torment him," Kaitou said softly as he brushed his fingers through Chi-Chi's hair. "Kana, you don't have the innocent air that says little kid like Chi, Nadoru and Michelle do. I don't either so he is like a frozen piece of chocolate to where with the twins and Chi, he's got a hard shell covering up a warm, gooey caramel center. Make sense?"
"It is sad and I had absolutely no idea that he takes everything so softly on us compared to you," Nana pouted.

"That's the thing, Chi. If he shows fear, sadness and weakness, Nadoru and Michelle would become a bit weaker due to lack of the strength he shows. So long as he acts tough, Nadoru and Michelle were always at the top of their game," Kaitou responded gently as he began scratching at the seal on his neck. "Unfortunately, I can't trust myself anymore. I don't know what I can do about my inner beast other than keeping it sealed away..."
"Kaitou," Nana whimpered as she lightly hugged him. "We wanted to tell you. Honest. We just wanted you to be older since we'd just gotten you to open up to us at the time."

"Oh.. I get it." Chi-chi smiled but the smile faded soon after. "We'll find a way to control it." Kana replied as she tried to think of ways to reassure him that everything would be okay.

"It's nice to see you have some kind of faith in that, but sadly... I don't have that... We should check on Rath. You said he was having a meltdown in the hall right, Nana?" Kaitou murmured changing his gaze from the wall to the three girls.
"Yes. He should still be sitting in the hall," Nana sniffed lightly as Kaitou headed for the door leading to the stairs to the upper floors of the estate.
