Noctis' ebony pitch pupils narrowed in profound thought. His sapphire eyes flickered as he turned midway, glancing at Saix, for he felt his presence. He glanced back at the male towering above him. It was intimidating and would be less as so if Noctis decided to stand, but he didn't feel up to it."The school roster...?" He breathlessly asked himself. Then, he regained focus on the male releasing souls by the thousands."Collecting souls... is just a job? Or do you do it for a more sentimental, or necessary reason?" He asked absently.

Silex Nero Corvus"It's about time you spoke up Incubi, I wondered when you when you where going to start talking and stop staring...." he looked at Endevera than pointed at Noctis. "See, that's how you do it, ask questions!" he turned his head back to Noctis and acknowledged him. "Since you are inquisitive, i will let you in on something." his mask turned to normal. "As long as i exist, people die, if the souls are not taken by another, i take it, no matter where it is. If I did not do this, reality would collapse, simple as that." he leaned back into the air and began to float in a relaxed position.

Noctis snickered in slight amusement."That's how you do it, ask questions!" The words rang in his head. So this man had a sense of humor. Though he had a hard time processing how reality woukd deteriorate."Well... how exactly will reality be corrupted?" He asked cautiously.

In his leaned over position Death could not help but admire the stars. he continued absent mindedly. "Well, many things, every ones clothes could dissapear, black holes could open on earth, every thing could be turned into a bad episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Anything. Noctis followed Death's contemplation and looked up the stars hovering countless miles above them. For some reason... he couldn't find the beauty in the stars just as he used to."A black hole. Now that'd be a very unfortunate turn of events." He murmered with his eyes still glued to the night blanket above them all."I've actually had nightmares from My Little Pony, even though I never watched the show as a little kid." He commented randomly."Teletubbies were the worse. A sun with a face is terrifying when you put it in realitys perspective." He shuddered.

"That could happen too." he commented leaning forward again. "just thought I would give you two the Intro. Im going to be here for a while. I will gather souls weekly. Keep your distance." he regained his dark air. "I don't like being bugged about being death. It is always 'i will avenge my loved one,' or 'awesome your death!' so don't tell anyone." People had confronted him about being death before and it did hurt him that he killed thousands a day, but he had to keep up the look so they would stay away. "I know you saw me gathering souls, so thought i would give you fair warning before you came over asking what was going on. Bad things happen to people who hang around me." he said standing up.

Noctis' eyebrows furrowed as he thought internally. Of course, there was no need to ask why he was a dangerous man to be around. Dug. But... the fact that he believed he, himself would request on explanation on exactly what he was doing with the souls was almost laughable. If anything, Noctis would rather have preferred to just... avoid the male all together. He was shy, and usually wanted nothing to do with most."Well I appreciate the heads up." He murmered finally in a mere reply. Though if hanging around him possibly meant death, it didn't sound like something too bad. Because this place wasn't exactly paradise."You'd think a man would grow insane; being so solitary. I've had a taste of it when I was a mere toddler, 'course the lack of affection should've naturally killed me to begin with." He shrugged carelessly.

Silex stared at the man Indirectly through his mask, even though he did not realize it, but Noctis hit a key note on him. His family had died, he had made friends out of his job before but it could go no further than that. He tried to keep his distance from others to not invoke his uncontrolable ability of death upon those he loved. He had no one. No one at all. Nothing to live for. Yet unable to die. "Y-yes, insane." he said shaken to the core, yet remaining firm on his surface, his emotions unable to show on his mask. "I... I need to go, I have to continue my duty..." he stood up and quietly turned away from them. "Just... Stay away when I am gathering souls...." he walked away from them, him and his sadness fading into the obscurity of the woods.

 Eclaire walked calmly into the clearing, Prompto and Nix following her as always. In her hands, she fiddled with the tip of her tail, tinkering with the pink hairs covering the naked end. She looked up and glanced to the side as the mysterious man walked past and out of sight. She looked in the direction of where the man had walked away from and saw another boy and a silver haired girl entering as well."Maybe we should go elsewhere..." She mumbled to the others. Prompto blinked in surprise like Eclaire had lost her mind. He threw his hands in the air and had another one of his many, many outbursts."What the grapes are you worried about?"He asked/yelled rhetorically. Snorting as if Eclaire was being ridiculous, he bounded off towards the dark-haired male and the girl, holding out both his hands in greeting"Haaai, my name is Prompto!"He stated rather loudly. Nix rolled her eyes, taking a mental note to slap Prompto upside the head when he was done antagonizing the poor people with his overly positive attitude. That is, if the rabbit didn't get to him first. Its teeth looked like they were made out of... steel? Either way, she could tell it was probably highly protective, and would have a laughing fit if it attacked Prompt in the midst of his foolishness. Then she felt a nudge from Eclaire...She had nudged Nix gently, and when Nix responded with a sideways glance, she rolled her eyes as she pointed her thumb at Prompto."He never learns..."She mumbled."We'll either make a few enemies or gain a few comrades..."Nix nodded in mere reply before turning her attention back to Claire, Prompto, and Noctis. The mysterious dark haired male would be of great interest to their group. Like... maybe he'd get along with them much quicker and easier than the girl with the protective rabbit. But at the same time, the male seemed reserved. Either way, Nix was bent on adding a few new members to their group. Unlike Eclaire, she liked new additions. Plus, having just the three of them got boring in a way. Not that Prompto didn't lighten it up with his caliber.

Noctis stared at the boys hand and reluctantly shook it. Despite his better judgment, Noctis felt that... anyone this mentally challenged couldn't be too much of a threat; not at all. He shouldn't be at least."Uuh... Noctis. My friends tend to call my Noct... or Nocty as I have recently been notified of." He replied with slight amusement.
