One of the drones lumbers up to the sign and looks it over for a moment. The Jarian symbol on its back glimmering abit. The fingers on it right hand enlongate and sharpen into blades. The drone makes one slash at the sign slicing it into pieaces before turning back into the building without a word.

Around the area various businesses are recieving this news and have similar reactions. The district was home to one of the cities larger airfields, which was one of the few public accesses that people could hire transportation to the aerial districts.
likewise this area was home to a wide assortment of parts stores for various forms of airplane, mechanics who make a living repairing and maintaining them, a few well todo privatly owned air shuttle services and two or three bed and breakfast pubs like the Naga Scales.
Unbeknownst to the locals, this area was in trouble.

Najah watched as the drone tore up the sign. She shrugged; it had every right to. She turned to LM Ninja, deep in thought. "So, who is this kingpin?"

L.M shrugged. "Who knows? Probably a two bit criminal who fancies himself a clan leader. He is either very stupid of very clever to try taking Jarian territory. In our current state I imagine the group is spread pretty thin so he might actually pull it off." L.M puts away her deck of cards. "Gives us something to do anyway."

"hm" Najah gave a quirky smile, shouldering her staff. "When shall we pay him a visit?" she asked, very intent on ridding of this small 'clan leader'.

Picking up the street light which L.M fancied for a weapon, the metal ninja followed Najah out the door.
Across the airfeild that was built near to the Naga Scales a large tower was being constructed. It was seven stories high thus far and still building up wards. How it had progressed so quickly with nobody noticing is a mystery but the man who hung up the forclusure sign seemed to be heading towards it.

"Ah-ha!" Najah breathed, stealthily following the man keeping good distance. She looked up to the tower that was being constructed, frowning. When did that get there?

L.M kept up, unencumbered by the large lamppost she carried about. "Ive heard of buildings springing up overnight in this city but that tower looks a little out of the ordinary...For Byako." L.M stated, her eyes narrowed.
The man reached the tower and entered. It seemed that the first several floors of the building had been completed well before the building was finished and it was heavily steel reinforced.
Standing atop the large buildings current top floor a man in a gray business suit smiled down on the area. He was missing an ear and a large scar ran down one side of his face and over his right eye. "Soon...This will all be mine." He then began laughing, driving many birds perched upon the tower to fly off from the noise.

Najah listened carefully to L.M. This tower was strange even for Byako?? How very strange indeed. Her attention suddenly went up to the birds flying off from some noise near there. "There's someone up there..." She stated, holding her staff in two hands, ready to fly up there. However, it'd be best to stay low for now. "Any ideas on course of action. Do we just bust in or what?" She asked LM

L.M shrugged. "If they are still setting up I think it would be smart of us to bust in and cause as much damage as we can." The metal ninja tightened her grip on the street light she fancied as a weapon. "Though if it gets to much for us we should run back to Naga Scales and hope those defenses Viva was talking about were not just for show."

Najah gave a slight smile, thinking of possible damage they were capable of wracking upon the illegal tower. "Alright! Sounds like a plan." She agreed, giving the L.M ninja a thumbs up before creeping closer to the tower. Once they got to the entrance, it'd be the perfect opportunity to bust in and deal damage.

The entrance was guarded by two large men. both wore large heavy coats that concealed their form however the large protrusions from their back were quite noticeable.
"You take one and I take another?" L.M suggested.

Najah nodded in agreement, tightening her grip on her staff. With a final confirmation nod to L.M, she snuck off to get closer to her designated guard, sneaking up close enough so that she was in range of throwing a fireball at him, then to move in and give him a good whack on the head with the staff.

Arroa had been away from the city for a while in the search for her family whom had been missing for sometime. Now she returned after a fruitless search back to her duty's with the Jarians. She walked through the district till she stopped outside beside the shredded sign looking around with a frown. Seems things where different since she had been here last hopefully she would find some of the Jarian in Naga Scales to find out what was going on around here.
She wore a green traveling cloak with a hood over her long brown hair in her usual two ponytails tied with white ribbons. She had her usual black tube top underneath with her blue baggy jeans.

L.M dove forward and desappeared into the steel that was part of the outer structure. Her head poking from the top of the door frame above the two guards.
The guards in question did not detect their presence. The area scan showed no movement for close to forty minutes with a temperature average of sixty degrees.
