You just gotta keep the prefixes in mind.
Dec = 10
Non = 9
Oct = 8
Sept = 7
Sext = 6
Quint = 5
Quad = 4
Tri = 3
Bi = 2
So just add illion after those and you get that number. Though it is impossible to count to even a quadrillion in one lifetime if you counted sequentially from one to a quadrillion. lol
