 Artie Hopper Artie and Maka soon arrived at the small river, Artie still holding Maka's hand as he led her there. After stopping, he noticed he was still holding her hand and blushed a bit more "O-Oh..S-sorry.." He said in apology as he started to let go of her hand.

Maka Cody  Maka looked at the River before looking down at their hands.When she noticed he was gonna let go she squeezed his hand slightly then moved her own hand behind her back."It's no problem...I should be saying sorry instead...." She sighed and moved a bit away from him."Is that better? Or should I move some more?" She asked,only thinking of him being comfortable. "It's almost unbearable, isn't it…
....the pain of being all alone.
I know that feeling, I've been there, in that dark and lonely place,

Artie Hopper Artie blushed still as he felt her squeeze his hand gently like she didn't want to let go and watched as she moved away a bit. "N-no, it's fine if your beside me... I'd be fine with it.." He replied as he moved by her again, blushing still and sat down with a kind smile, he was happy that he was able to be around her this close without wanting to run, it was a nice feeling for him.

Artie Hopper Artie was glad she sat down by him, they were barely over a hand-print apart. "R-right now, it's fine to sit beside you.." He replied kindly, his hand on the ground between them as it held him up as he looked at the river also. He was glad to have found such a good person to hang out with, this was by far the longest he had been so close to a girl since he was a young kid.

Artie Hopper Artie looked at the river and closed his eyes a bit. "Y-yeah, it's pretty nice.. The wind is also nice too." He agreed to her comment with a nod as he opened his eyes and looked at her with a kind smile. "I'm glad I met you, Maka." He said to her honestly before he looked at the river happily.
