Description: A stable ball of chakra, comprised of both wind and fire chakra, is summoned into the hand of the user after the hand signs are made and chakra is injected. The ball is the size of a softball. Once thrown, this ball can curve, once, in any direction to follow its target. After impacting a solid surface the ball will become unstable and explode instantly. The damage from the explosion is strong enough to knock someone off their feet, leaving tender skin, dark bruises, and a small burn, none bigger than the size of the ball itself. The ball can only travel as far as 12m/40' before falling to the ground and exploding.

Description:
Upon discovery of his second element nature, Masaru came to realize that he could not develop the technique he had read about and been looking forward to learning, Rasenshuriken. At first it upset him, but in time, his desire to learn that unobtainable technique inspired him to create something similar to it.

Raidachi is a technique that utilizes both Raikiri and Rasengan. By molding his chakra into lightning and manipulating it from there, the user is able to create one large point or blade in his hand, making the Rasengan appear as a long katana -aka nodaichi- with the Rasengan in the centre, remaining a perfect sphere. The force emitted from this technique sounds like tens of thousands of birds chirping and usually causes others that hear it to grab for their ears. Furthermore, unlike Chidori or Raikiri, currents of electricity pulsate outwards from the summoned technique. This effect range of the pulse is three meters in diameter and is powerful enough to inflict third degree burns and probably cause paralysis.

First, the user must do the necessary hand signs for Raikiri. Then, upon summoning this technique, the user may do one of two things: 1) Drive it into his target with a combined force/effect of Rasengan and Raikiri. During the 'drive' the user will be forced to apply the Body Flicker Technique to an extent, and their chakra will be drained accordingly with said technique, making them hard to trace even for dojutsu; or the user may 2) shoot the gathered energy towards their opponent with speed slightly faster than a thrown, Rasenshuriken. During the shot, Raidachi will take on the appearance of a long and jagged blade, pulsating electricity outwards at about five meters in diameter as it speeds on towards its opponent. Whether it hits or it misses, upon impact, Raidaichi releases a wave of powerful lightning that expands to a diameter matching the expansion of a Rasenshuriken. This wave is powerful enough to cause third degree burns and even death if the individual hit does not acquire immediate, medical attention; anything in the center of the thrown attack will be partially incinerated. Option 2 cannot be activated without being in Sage Mode. Due to its potency, this entire technique is very hard to teach to another if they do not have an affinity/attribute related to lightning as does the user.

@ Twilight: Approved so long as 50 Chakra is taken from the maximum Chakra pool limit, and as long as no learning reductions can apply to the technique.

Description:
After Masaru learned that he had an affinity for lightning, he worked to develop a technique that could help him use that affinity (or attribute) to his advantage. When hit by a lightning-based attack, Masaru will take a portion of its usual damage while absorbing the remainder of the attack and converting its energy into a lightning technique of his liking. The absorbed energy will grant his next lightning technique a raise [+1] in rank. This technique can potentially be used up to 10 times per battle. Genin = 5; Chuunin = 6; Jounin = 7; Konin = 8; Sannin = 9; Kage = 10.

Fruity: Kyokkyuu is approved.

Apples: If it spews lightning instead of plasma (as plasma is highly energized matter and lightning is electricity and is more compatible with the Raikiri/Rasengan thing), Raidachi is approved. However, like the Rasenshuriken, it cannot be thrown without Sage Mode active.

Lightning Reversal will be submitted for review shortly, but I must ask: What are the numbers at the bottom for?

Fenrir: Have you seen the stealth nodes in Suna's Superdome? They make Chakra Strings attached to them invisible. If you don't want to go that route, then the Invisible Puppetry Technique is approved so long as it can only be applied to basic (read: not enhanced with any other Jutsu) Chakra Strings.

Puppet insight is approved with a few stipulations: The rank be changed to 'B' and a post limit of 5 posts be applied. Also, while using the technique, all senses transfered to the puppet no longer work for the user (i.e. If seeing through the puppet, the user's body cannot see).

Alright, I will fix those parts up and add that the second option (throwing the Raidaichi) cannot be possible without 'sage mode'. Thanks!

The numbers on the bottom are the times you can use it per battle in accordance with your rank.

Description: by placing the user's hand on the top of the head of the intended target the user can enter into the memories of the target and alter them slightly or massively. if the user alters it massively the process takes three times as much chakra and takes one day (in rp) to finnish. altering it slightly allows for the user to insert or remove small detailes and non significant things from the target (such as implanting the thought of knowing eachother previously or changing the memory of a village's name and description to fit a different one.) while doing this massively could potentially even rewrite a person's personality (remove the memories of one village completely and replace with something completely different.) this will leave chakra traces in targets located in the brain, unless used on the user (same chakra signature).



i intend to do tweaks to what is catagorized as a slight change and what is a massive change. if i could have the approval mods help me figure out what would be appropriate for that i would appreciate it.

Description: By forming and large amount of Ink from his mouth or body, he will create a perfect clone of himself out of his own ink. The Clone is on a timer and can only stay active for a total of [3] Posts until it dissipates. The Clone can be made of whichever blend of ink Flou chooses to use. It will take on it's attributes of the ink and if it makes contact with the taget, it will, like a large bolt of ink, coat the opponent in the ink, and will produce the effect of the reactive ink used in the jutsu. The cost of the jutsu is [Ink Blend] + [5 Chakra] = [Total]

Technique Name: hensen no tai: ubuge kobushi, shinsui kobushi, jishin kobushi (change of form: soft fist, flood fist, earthquake fist)

Description: the "change of form" is named as such due to the fact that not only does the actual technique change from user to user but it can also change based upon their elements or physical states. for Lucas this means that while he is assimilated with a liquid it'll be different than that of being assimilated with a solid and not being assimilated at all. this creates three forms in one technique. this also can mean that defencive forms can be created. this is taught to those thought worthy for being able to carry the old and bring in a new form to the chang of form technique.
soft fist: this portion of the technique can only be used when not assimilated. this technique leaves no visible markings on the body but can only be performed on an unarmored portion of a target. this creates a shockwave that can damage internal organs if it strikes directly for them but otherwise the shockwaves disrupts the nerves being sent past the point struck. if the head is struck it can potentially kill very quickly. when enhanced by chakra (10 chakra per strike) it will also temporarilly block off chakra past the point struck.
flood fist: when assimilated with liquids Lucas can shed off a 1cm thick layer of his fist to be shot up to a distance of 12'. if it strikes anything within that range the water of the fist will flood the cells where it was hit and the cells will burst. when enhanced with chakra (10 per strike) the fists can curve in trajectory once.
earthquake fist: this can only be performed while assimilated with earth or when under the influence of the earth spear technique. using the increased durability of the forms required strikes from this are designed to tear appart armor and bones. it is the most destructive form. being struck from this will completely shatter bones and armor in one strike but can be performed in precise strikes as well to convert unarmed strikes into the equivalent of a bladed strike. when inhanced by chakra (10 per strike) if can even cut through and break chakra based creations ranging from a fireball to a barrier. the stronger the technique being struck the more strikes are required to break it.
